★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recato in banca, filiale di Treviso, c’era la porta chiusa a chiave e non avendo visto la scritta “suonare il campanello” perché quasi invisibile mi sono permesso di bussare alla porta. Mi hanno aperto e appena entrato un signore in divisa seduto appena dentro si è permesso di commentare il tutto in maniera inopportuna. Ho avuto l’impressione di essere un cliente sgradito e questo mi è dispiaciuto molto. Se non fosse per la professionalità del mio consulente cambierei banca subito.
 Today I went to the bank, Treviso branch, the door was locked and having not seen the words "ring the bell" because it was almost invisible, I allowed myself to knock on the door. They opened the door and as soon as I entered a man in uniform sitting just inside allowed himself to comment on everything in an inappropriate way. I had the impression of being an unwelcome customer and I was very sorry about this. If it weren't for the professionalism of my consultant, I would change banks right away.
