Varchi lenti, ambienti stretti e non particolarmente curati.
Nessun sistema di turni se non il vecchio "chi è l'ultimo?". Pochi posti a sedere, nessuna fila ed un solo sportello aperto ed uno "non operativo" nonostante ci siano più di cinque clienti in attesa a metà mattina di un giorno lavorativo.
Una gestione di chi non vuole davvero "offrire un servizio".

No shift system other than the old "who's the last?" Few seats, no queues and only one door open and one "inoperative" despite the fact that there are more than five customers waiting in the middle of a working day.
