Very kind and prepared staff, excellent relationship with the public, well-kept environment

I tried money at an ATM, the money was withdrawn from the account, and the ATM gave an ERROR! Turning to the staff, but they didn’t even want to do anything but many words and told me to decide with my bank! According to the rules, they had to accept the application and check whether the ATM issued cash or not - or issued but took cash back ... in general, employees or incompetent or thieves!

Excellent experience for about fifteen years, to the point that I finally canceled any relationship with the mega bank in which I was literally born and raised, which in the meantime has become a ruthless and unstoppable Golem. For ordinary people, if they are not self-harming, it is nice to leave the bank with a smile, not only for the courtesy of the employees, but above all for their concrete and effective proactiveness and good general service. It is only to be hoped that the governance of the Banca di Bologna will remain well adherent to the original cooperative culture and not derail from traditional tracks to pursue false fashionable or hetero-imposed, but ruinous, models. Piccolo is really beautiful and, in a comparative evaluation, it beats so much the now evil colossus with feet of clay, which has sold its soul and historical seat (yet forty years ago it was still, in relations with the public, like the Bank of Bologna today). It is no coincidence that certain mega-banks have to squander their wealth in advertising campaigns entrusted to talented and complacent directors who greatly improve their image, making it pleasant in a misleading way, while small banks just need an inexpensive word of mouth - today also electronic. Written with the heart, but only because the wallet (which is very close to the heart) has so far been well satisfied.
