★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo assurdo che in una banca non si possa pagare con il bancomat. Impiegata scortese dal momento che sono dovuta uscire per prelevare nello sportello esterno e ,una volta rientrata mi sono diretta allo sportello per completare il bonifico(con distinta già compilta nelle sue mani)alle lamentele di una cliente che a suo dire le passavo avanti, ha detto di arrangiarci tra di noi che lei non mi aveva mandato fuori a prelevare, ma come facevo a pagare se non prelevavo?
I find it absurd that you can't pay with an ATM in a bank. Rude employee since I had to go out to pick up in the external counter and, once I returned, I went to the counter to complete the bank transfer (with a slip already filled in her hands) to the complaints of a customer who she said was passing them on, she said to arrange between us that she hadn't sent me out to withdraw, but how could I pay if I didn't withdraw?
