Vado alle ore 9 x aprire un conto corrente l impiegata mi dice di attendere che vede se uno degli altri n.4 impiegati possono darmi udienza..mi sento rispondere che sono impegnati di tornare il giorno dopo..premetto nn c era nesdun cliente all infuori di me...chiedo se devo prendere appuntamento x nn rischiare do tornare e nn essere ricevuta ma mi rispondono di no!!! Esco e vado in un' altra banca dove mi hanno subito dato udienza...li nn ci torno piu' e neanche la consiglio
Negative!! I go to 9 o'clock to open a current account the employee tells me to wait until she sees if one of the other n.4 employees can give me a hearing .. I hear them reply that they are busy coming back the next day..press nn c was a nesdun client apart from me ... I ask if I have to make an appointment x nn to risk coming back and not to be received but they answer me no !!! I go out and go to another bank where they immediately gave me an audience ... I don't go back there anymore and I don't even recommend it
