★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great burgers! Very American style!! Have awesome drinks and great selection of beer and burger options! Service was very good. Outside and inside seating available, we did have to park a little further away and walk some due to limited parking close to restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burger was decent, but we were quite surprised when I paid and it was over 60€ for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 “kids meals”, which was to consist of a burger, fries, drink and toy. When I looked at the bill, they had charged full price for each of the burgers (it’s the same burger for the kids and adults), 2 orders of fries and drinks and then added an additional 3€ for each kid for the toy, so you basically pay more for a child’s meal than an adult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE THE OWNER WILL HARASS YOU IF WRITE A REVIEW AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND FOR POOR QUALITY FOOD!! Worst experience in Vicenza! No condiments on the burger that was asked for. No Mayo and the specifications were not followed through! The customer service by the owner is horrible they should not be allowed to serve on base!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very unfortunate that I received poor quality food from this establishment. They are not giving my wife and I a refund after receiving raw vegan burgers I was told by them and I quote "It is impossible to have raw vegan burgers" This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from with the WORST customer service. I ordered the hamburger and it was even pink in the middle. They should really have an option or discretion on how they serve their burgers NOT to choose for you. They say their "customer service" is to give you a gift card but by that time why would you want to try their food again. The owner is arguing with you like you have no right - and their food is 100% great. Please military families DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on selfish owners and establishments as this you will be disappointed and hungry. BE AWARE their customer reviews are from years ago and most are not American. They do not care about our satisfaction but will happily take our money!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a delicious burger! I could tell the ingredients were fresh and carefully chosen. The service was fast and kind, and so were the waitress and the owner. They also offer a selection of seasonal burgers, which are strongly recommended (this time around was white asparagus). I loved it!
