Ho dato una stella perché immagino che in questo asilo l’educazione e il rispetto non vengano insegnati. I live behind kindergarten, the children continue to throw stones in my garden (I imagine my dog, to attract his attention), despite the constant calls to teachers, this continues to happen. I gave a star because I imagine that education and respect are not taught in this kindergarten.

Chiamo per sollecitare una risposta e mi dicono che mi chiameranno e non chiama nessuno. Come istituto scolastico possono anche ssere all'avanguardia per la zona, ma hanno un pessimo approccio alle relazioni che alla lunga li condizioneranno. Un istituto simile, nelle vicinanze, gestito con un minimo di focalizzazione sui clienti/potenzali tali/famiglie alunni, li farebbe chiudere in pochi anni. BAD customer care service. I have written endless emails, for different reasons, but nobody deigns to reply. I call to solicit an answer and they tell me they will call me and no one is calling. As an educational institution they may be at the forefront of the area, but they have a bad approach to relationships that will affect them in the long run. A similar institution nearby, run with a minimum of focus on clients / potential students / families, would close them in a few years.
m	manuel cugildi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asilo accogliente e rassicurante, le maestre del mio bambino sono dolcissime e mi sento sempre sereno nel lasciare nelle loro mani il mio bene più prezioso. Ambiente pulitissimo, personale sempre cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente una scuola diversa dalle altre, grandi spazi, tanta luce, una struttura immersa nel verde. E poi c’è l’Inglese, una maestra veramente speciale , Catherine, che si approccia ai bambini con la sua lingua madre e trasmette loro quello che per me è un elemento fondamentale per la crescita del mio bimbo. Ampia flessibilità negli orari, che dire... felicissimi della scelta! Welcoming and reassuring kindergarten, my child's teachers are very sweet and I always feel serene in leaving my most precious asset in their hands. Very clean environment, always courteous and helpful staff. Surely a school different from the others, large spaces, lots of light, a structure surrounded by greenery. And then there is English, a very special teacher, Catherine, who approaches children with her mother tongue and transmits to them what for me is a fundamental element for my child's growth. Wide flexibility in timetables, what can I say ... delighted with the choice!

Ho chiesto più volte informazioni relative all asilo ma non sono mai stata richiamata ne ho ricevuto risposte . Se ci si ferma a pensare loro che almeno nei miei confronti non hanno dimostrato educazione ( perché rispondere anche non ci interessano nuovi alunni sarebbe sicuramente stata una prova di educazione ) dovrebbero educare ragazzi .. non so .. concordo pienamente con chi parla di un pessimo o più che pessimo servizio di costumer ( o non costumer ) care I'm sorry but I've never received such bad treatment. I have asked for information on asylum several times but have never been called back and have received replies. If you stop to think that at least towards me they have not shown education (because answering also we are not interested in new students would certainly have been a test of education) they should educate kids .. I don't know .. I fully agree with those who talk about a very bad or more than bad costumer (or non costumer) care service

l	lorena crispino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da 2 anni che li contatto c'è da aspettare altra lista d attesa... rispondono in ritardo alle mail e per un problema non si può parlare mai direttamente con un responsabile o coordinatore scolastico di persona.. I have been contacting them for the last 2 years and have to wait for another waiting list ... they reply late to e-mails and due to a problem you can never speak directly with a person in charge or school coordinator ..
