Gli ho chiesto di consegnare un mazzo di fiori per un giorno, e soltanto dopo aver pagato mi hanno detto che avrebbero consegnato un altro giorno, e poi la consegna è stata fatta la mattina quando avevo esplicitamente chiesto il pomeriggio!! sicuramente non tornerò Unprofessional and absolutely careless. I asked them to deliver a bouquet of flowers for one day, and only after paying they told me they would deliver another day, and then the delivery was done in the morning when I explicitly asked for the afternoon !! I will definitely not go back
g	giorgia posta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo tanti belli acquisti e servizio cortese, stasera vado diretta al banco dove le signore confezionano le piante, la signora sulla destra mi dice che per i recisi (volevo un mazzo di fiori) devo aspettare la collega. Arriva la collega che confeziona la merce dei clienti che aveva servito, la signora con cui avevo parlato è libera quindi mi avvicino alla sua postazione e mi dice "le ho detto che deve aspettare la collega".. Mi metto in parte e faccio passare la signora dietro di me. La signora chiede un mazzo di fiori e la signora dal banco va con lei ai recisi.. Imbarazzante a dir poco. E pure sono sempre educata e cortese, si vede che non le è piaciuta la mia faccia ? La signora forse non ha capito che o il mercato è pieno di gente volenterosa e di buona educazione. Ovviamente sono andata via e non metterò più piede là. Peccato per l'altra signora che è sempre gentile e professionale After many nice purchases and courteous service, tonight I go directly to the counter where the ladies pack the plants, the lady on the right tells me that for the cut (I wanted a bouquet of flowers) I have to wait for her colleague. The colleague who packs the goods for the customers she had served arrives, the lady with whom I spoke is free so I approach her desk and says "I told her you have to wait for the colleague" .. I put myself in part and I pass the lady behind me. The lady asks for a bouquet of flowers and the lady from the counter goes with her to the cuts .. Embarrassing to say the least. And yet I am always polite and courteous, you can see that she did not like my face ? Perhaps the lady did not understand that either the market is full of willing and well-mannered people. Of course I left and will never set foot there again. Too bad for the other lady who is always kind and professional
f	flavio flavio&c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto alcuni bellissimi acquisti per il giardino, oggi vado anche al banco dove le signore confezionano le piante, e mi faccio consigliare per un regalo che voglio fare per l' anniversario di matrimonio (35°!!!) di mia Mamma. La signora al banco mi presenta alcune diverse soluzioni e ne vedo due che sono proprio perfette per i miei gusti, e ecido per il secondo mazzo di fiori che comprende anche un bel vaso in vetro, compreso nel prezzo. Fantastico: non pensavo di trovarmi così bene! Tornerò presto.Grazie. For me it is like a happy island .... where for a moment of the day a person can find serenity and pure energy .... well cared for and plants of excellent choice .... very luxuriant .... details as well as the care of the preparation ... of excellent taste Very kind staff and owners, competent and with a rich knowledge of each plant.

Dopo aver atteso che la commessa terminasse la sua lunga conversazione con un cliente(parlavano di fatti personali) ,ho chiesto consiglio per un regalo e mi è stato risposto in modo sbrigativo " di là ci sono le primule"....sono uscita al volo....per non tornare più! I entered your shop for the first time on Saturday, February 26th in the late afternoon. After waiting for the saleswoman to finish her long conversation with a customer (they were talking about personal matters), I asked for advice for a gift and was hastily replied "over there are primroses" .... I went out to the flight .... never to return!

Unica pecca la difficoltà nel ricevere da parte del personale quelle informazioni specifiche utili alla posa e manutenzione delle singole specie vegetali. Consigliano di cercare in internet. Su 3 domande a 3 persone diverse ho ricevuto 3 volte questa risposta. Per il resto è comodo e dotato di ampio parcheggio. It's not big but it's well stocked. The plants are beautiful, fresh and there are also plenty of gardening tools and pots. The only flaw is the difficulty in receiving specific information useful for the installation and maintenance of individual plant species from the staff. They recommend searching the internet. Out of 3 questions to 3 different people I got this answer 3 times. For the rest it is comfortable and has a large parking lot.
