Nessuna indicazione, il caos assoluto !
Sono stato mandato da un pulmann all'altro per oltre mezz'ora, in fine vengo sbattuto su un pulmann a caso privo di comfort senza posto assegnato del tipo dove capiti capiti il tutto dopo aver pagato profumatamente il biglietto!

Corsa DIRETTA per Roma, il viaggio più schifoso della mia vita!!!
Per cominciare arrivato in ritardo, ha effettuato all'improvviso, senza nessuna comunicazione né verbale né scritta sul sito o di nessun altro tipo, fermate non previste a Baronissi(per far scendere 1 passeggero), nel centro di Napoli(per far scendere 1 passeggero), poi ritornando indietro, a Caserta (per far scendere uno degli autisti) e un'improvvisa sosta aggiuntiva in autogrill dopo 1 ora dalla partenza nelle zone di Frascineto(CS) oltre quella già prevista a Sala Consilina. Posso dire con sicurezza che non erano fermate previste perché prendo questo bus da anni, l'ultima volta la scorsa settimana e non le ha mai fatte e in tutto ciò si è accumulato un ritardo di più di 1 ora e 30. Chiamando al call center ci è stato risposto che è l'autista a decidere le fermate.....

I can say with confidence that there were no scheduled stops because I have been taking this bus for years, the last time last week and he never made it and in all this a delay of more than 1 hour and 30 has accumulated. Calling the call center we were told that the driver decides the stops .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indecente! Per 14h di viaggio da Reggio C. a Bologna (sia andata che ritorno) sostituiscono il solito bus a due piani per i viaggi a lunga percorrenza con un bus che cade a pezzi. Lo spazio è a mala pena sufficiente per stare seduti e ovviamente il numero del posto prenotato non serve a niente. Per massimizzare i profitti di questi giorni di Pasqua in sede Baltour avranno avuto la geniale idea di aggiungere questo carro bestiame insieme al bus più consono a due piani per poter vendere più biglietti. Complimenti per la mossa, avete perso circa 60 clienti abituali che passeranno alle altre compagnie più professionali.
P.s. il commento negativo è indirizzato ovviamente ai lavoratori in sede o a chi per loro gestiscono i bus da assegnare per ogni tratta.

Congratulations on the move, you have lost about 60 regular customers who will switch to other more professional companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho prenotato il biglietto Bologna Vibo Valentia la partenza era alle 20:50 hanno ritardato 2 ore senza nessun avviso. saliti in autobus faceva molto freddo dopodiché a vibo Sono arrivata con 2 ore e 30 minuti dopo l ora prevista anche perché andavano troppo piano rispetto a come ho viaggiato in passato
I booked the ticket Bologna Vibo Valentia the departure was at 20:50 they delayed 2 hours without any notice. got on the bus it was very cold after that in vibo I arrived with 2 hours and 30 minutes after the scheduled time also because they were going too slowly compared to how I traveled in the past

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando ho prenotato ho specificato che avrei accompagnato 2 bambini da Lamezia Terme a Bologna, mentre io avrei proseguito il mio viaggio fino a Torino.
Al momento della partenza mi è stato comunicato che si sarebbero effettuate 2 linee diverse pertanto i bimbi avrebbero dovuto viaggiare DA SOLI nonostante avessi specificato al momento della prenotazione che avrei accompagnato due MINORENNI ed ho lasciato il mio numero di telefono NON SONO STATA AVVISATA del cambio.
Liassistenza da parte degli operatori dell'agenzia: pessima!!

When I booked I specified that I accompanied two children from Lamezia Terme to Bologna, while I continued my journey to Turin.
Upon departure I was informed that it would be carried out 2 different lines so the children would have to travel ALONE even though I had specified when booking that I accompanied two Minors and I left my phone number NOT BEEN ADVISED gear.
Assistance from the operators of the agency: very bad !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima ditta per il trasporto di turisti. Ottimi autisti, disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Mai conosciuta una simile società. Sono rimasto molto soddisfacente. Pullman molto comodo, comfortevole, c'è presente anche il bagno interno(pulitissimo). Sembra di essere a casa propria. Lo consiglierei a chiunque si voglia spostare in nuove città con tutta la comodità che si vorrebbe avere. Prezzi molto convenienti a differenza di altre società.
Excellent company for transporting tourists. Excellent drivers, extremely available and very kind. Such a society has never been known. I was very satisfactory. Very comfortable, comfortable coach, there is also an internal bathroom (very clean). It feels like being at home.
