Efficiency, courtesy, sympathy. Professionalism. I was anticipated (sic!) By one day a Norwegian flight from New York. If it hadn't been for the kind lady of the agency that one Sunday morning and also from her peivato phone, she stormed me with phone calls I would still be there.

Fortunatamente ho avuto a che fare con questa agenzia ed in particolare con Demetrio, persona simpaticissima disponibile e sempre sorridente, che oltre ad avermi aiutato a trovare le soluzioni migliori per risparmiare mi ha anche risolto i problemi relativi al rimborso (viaggio per 2 persone). Mi ha contattato, nonostante gli dicessi non fosse necessario, ogni 15 gg aggiornandomi sugli sviluppi del rimborso fichè non mi ha risolto il problema. Io viaggio tantissimo ed ho girato molte agenzie ma questa è stata, ad oggi, la migliore
