Una volta che con tutta calma aveva finito la "riunione" guarda la macchina da 1 metro mi fa il preventivo in 1 secondo giustificando l'assurda cifra non in base al lavoro che doveva fare ma in base a quanto avrei speso riverniciando la parte danneggiata. Salutato e rivoltomi altrove.

Hanno cercato a tutti i costi di prendersi in carico la riparazione da grandine dell'auto che ho a noleggio, pur sapendo che in quel marchio potevano metterci le mani solo carrozzerie autorizzate. Hanno fatto il preventivo all'assicurazione senza fare fotografie in modo professionale. Meno male che non faranno loro il lavoro perché non voglio immaginare il risultato.
Truly an unprofessional company. They tried at all costs to take care of the hail repair of the car I rent, even knowing that only authorized body shops could get their hands on that brand. They made the insurance quote without taking pictures professionally. Luckily they won't do the job for them because I don't want to imagine the result.

Superb etc friendly and trustworthy and very helpful.
I had a rental car which was reversed into while it was parked, I wanted it repaired if possible before I returned it.
The guys here could not have helped me any more and I was extremely impressed.
