★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest and unprofessional. Bought an expensive leather bag from a tuscan brand as a gift. Went home, checked the inside and it had no brand nor label anywhere on the bag (just the packaging had it). Went back to the shop to return it and to get an explanation but the manager refused to take it back and explained that it was a prototype bag, hence the lack of label in the bag, so all was fine in his opinion. Ridiculous. A customer walked in and left when she saw me arguing with the manager and he even commented, accusing me of scaring off potential customers. Insane. Avoid this place.
