U	Umberto Botto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto la cantina grazie ai consigli di un amico e ho trovato un posto magico e curato inserito perfettamente all’interno di una cornice naturale tutta da scoprire. Mi hanno colpito la passione e la cura con cui il vino Balestri Valda viene “creato” rispettando la natura e i suoi tempi. Raccomanderei a chiunque ami il vino e le “cose fatte bene” di passare per la cantina Balestri Valda. I discovered the cellar thanks to the advice of a friend and I found a magical and well-kept place perfectly integrated into a natural setting to be discovered. I was struck by the passion and care with which the Balestri Valda wine is "created" respecting nature and its times. I would recommend anyone who loves wine and "things done well" to go through the Balestri Valda winery.

Il giretto in cantina non male e la struttura è di per se carina e ben tenuta però : (1) i due Soave di livello sono terribili, solo acidità e pochissimi sentori, in bocca poco appaganti e per nulla armonici (2) il trebbiano in purezza è fresco e qui terminano i suoi pregi ma veramente un prodotto senz anima e piatto (3) ho assaggiato il rosso i.g.t. e anche questo annegava in un'acidità insostenibile, energico e non rotondo (4) i due assaggi di miele fatti su vasetti in cui altri chissaquali clienti hanno immerso il loro cucchiaino "paciugato" : norme minime di igiene (5) tra i bianchi e i rossi non ci hanno neppure cambiato i calici siamo rimasti delusi al 100 % 15 euros for a tasting nothing short of tremendous. The ride in the cellar not bad and the structure is per se cute and well, however, seal: (1) the two level Soave are terrible, only acidity and very few hints, in little rewarding mouth and nothing harmonics (2) the Trebbiano in purity is cool and here ends its merits but really a product senz soul and plate (3) I tasted the red iGT and even that was drowning in unsustainable acidity, energetic and not round (4) the two jars of honey tasting events where other customers chissaquali have dipped their spoon "paciugato": minimum standards for hygiene (5) between whites and reds have not even changed our glasses we were 100% disappointed

La titolare giovane e dinamica spiega molto bene le tipologie di vino e vedi come è innamorata del suo lavoro e ti trasmette questa cosa. Visita molto gradita con passeggiata attorno al vigneto vedendo le biodiversità create e anche con la produzione di Miele. Fabulous location deserves only for the view towards the castle and the green surrounding the hills. The young and dynamic owner explains very well the types of wine and see how it is in love with his work and sends you this. Very pleasant visit with walk around the vineyard seeing the biodiversity created and also with the production of Honey.

Devo dire che hanno risposto ottimamente alle mie aspettative in termini di sapidità e profumi. Cantina in posizione meravigliosa, grande accoglienza e cordialità e i mieli spettacolari. Da ritornare sicuramente I was able to taste the Balestri Valda wines, very famous in our territory of Soave and surroundings. I must say that they met my expectations in terms of flavor and fragrances optimally. Wonderful wine cellar, great hospitality and friendliness and spectacular honeys. To come back for sure

I prodotti davvero eccezionali, abbiamo degustato il loro Spumante Volkanus, il Soave Classico 2018 e infine il rosso Scaligio. I bianchi freschi, delicati, minerali e il rosso con molto carattere. Consiglio di fare visita a questa famiglia di viticoltori e apicoltori, dato che perfino i loro mieli in coda alla degustazione sono stati davvero piacevoli. Unica nota negativa: non vivere nelle loro zone per poterci tornare più spesso. Location fantastica e accogliente! Eccellente! I visited the winery with some colleagues recently. The truly exceptional products, we tasted their Spumante Volkanus, the Soave Classico 2018 and finally the Scaligio red. Fresh, delicate whites, minerals and red with a lot of character. I recommend visiting this family of winegrowers and beekeepers, since even their honeys in the tail of the tasting were really pleasant. The only negative note: do not live in their areas to be able to return more often. Fantastic and welcoming location! Excellent!

La location a dir poco meravigliosa con vista sul Castello di Soave rende la degustazione dei prodotti locali ancora più unica. Abbiamo assaggiato i loro fantastici vini Soave e un Trebbiano in purezza, tutti ricchi di profumi e sapori differenti. Infine il Recioto Spumante, una piacevole sorpresa, accompagnato poi dai due mieli di stagione prodotti dalla Cantina. Davvero molto buoni. Sicuramente un luogo in cui ritornare con grande piacere! Friendliness, radiance and hospitality: these are the characteristics that I found at the Cantina Balestri Valda during a visit with some friends. The location, to say the least, wonderful with a view of the Castle of Soave makes the tasting of local products even more unique. We tasted their fantastic Soave wines and a pure Trebbiano, all rich in different aromas and flavors. Finally the Recioto Spumante, a pleasant surprise, then accompanied by the two seasonal honeys produced by the Cellar. Really very good. Definitely a place to come back with great pleasure!
