Tornerò dalla mio solito parrucchiere di fiducia....sconsigliato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non saprei la parrucchiera ma do 1 stella al centro estetico Lara Fontana che presso Baldini Parrucchieri. Ho prenotato tramite treatwell perché si vedeva che c'é la disponibilità per ora che ho scelto. Mi ha contattato tramite SMS per cancellare dicendo che é pieno. Allora perché sul sito si vede la disponibilita? Perché non mi contatta tramite sito? Quando giustamente le ho chiesto di cancellare appuntamento dal sito perché dovevo prenotare da un altro centro è diventato aggressiva e mi ha addirittura chiamata maleducata. Vi sconsiglio.
I don't know the hairdresser but I give 1 star to the beauty center Lara Fontana that at Baldini Parrucchieri. I booked through treatwell because it showed that there is availability for now that I have chosen. He contacted me via SMS to cancel saying that it is full. So why do we see availability on the site? Why don't you contact me via the website? When I rightly asked her to cancel an appointment from the site because I had to book from another center, she became aggressive and even called me rude. I do not recommend it.
