L’ordine è arrivato in anticipo e il mio cane per la sua prima volta ha dormito tutta la notte senza mai abbaiare e lamentarsi, è palese che ha provato sollievo, inoltre l’assistenza telefonica è molto gentile e disponibile per le informazioni di cui hai bisogno. Grazie ❤️ I ordered Marino memory mattress kennel for my bulldog now paralyzed due to various muscular problems and advanced age. The order arrived early and my dog for his first time slept all night without ever barking and complaining, it is clear that he felt relief, also the telephone support is very kind and helpful for the information you have need. Dopo appena tre mesi dall'acquisto questo è assolutamente inutilizzabile!!!! si sono formate due enormi buche!!!! ho chiesto il rimborso inviando documentazione fotografica ......... confido in un riscontro che al momento non c'è..... l'esperienza d'acquisto avuta è pessima!!!!!!!! I ordered the double mattress through Amazon. After just three months from the purchase this is absolutely unusable !!!! two huge holes have formed !!!! I asked for a refund by sending photographic documentation ......... I trust in a reply that at the moment is not there ..... the purchase experience was very bad !!!!!!!!
F	Fede Prati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato il sito e sono stata attirata dal fatto che l'azienda è alla terza generazione di famiglia e tutto made in Italy....valore aggiunto..ma fare un acquisto così importante online (almeno per me)senza provare il materasso... difficile ...per cui mi sono fatta un giretto in Toscana di 1.30m di strada...per poter sdraiarmi e scegliere. Siamo stati accolti da Andrea titolare dell'ultima generazione..disponibilissimo e attento... e devo dire anche paziente visto che dopo 3gg dall'ordine ho cambiato tipo di materasso ha fermato la spedizione e mi ha fatto rifare il materasso che volevo ovvero un mojito con memory alto 10cm e non 5...Top...lo consiglio a tutti....... Inoltre hanno un servizio clienti wap ottimo.. il letto è arrivato anche prima dei tempi previsti. lo consiglio! I was very satisfied with the bed purchased .. quite simple to assemble, it is sturdy, very comfortable and exactly identical to the photos. Also they have great wap customer service .. the bed arrived even earlier than expected. I advise!

When the delivery date arrived and I still didn't received it I contacted Baldiflex to see what was going on. They told me that they had some trouble in production and my mattress should be delivery by Aug. 27th or Aug. 30th (I got two different dates in two different, this shows how much they are organised). Then I cannot explained somehow on Aug. 28th Baldiflex gave me a new tracking number different from the official one. Looking on the DHL platform I realized that DHL tried to deliver my mattress on the Aug.19th. I was not informed that I had a new tracking number and I don't understand how I was supposed to guess this information. This company is very badly and poorly organised. I looked at different comments and they always say that they have a lots of delivery everyday - Well good for you but if you cannot manage all these delivery than don't sell things.
