Il Panettone si distingue nettamente dai Panettoni tradizionali sia per la bontà dell'impasto, sia per il sapore autentico.
La Resta comasca è una autentica chicca.
La "ciliegina sulla torta" è il bellissimo libretto che accompagna ogni prodotto dove viene descritta la storia del marchio e del prodotto stesso.
Niente male per il ritorno di una azienda che ha fatto la storia della pasticceria Italiana.

Tradition and quality. I was lucky enough to taste all the products (Panettone, Colomba and Resta), and they are definitely a cut above the average.
Panettone is clearly distinguished from traditional Panettoni both for the goodness of the dough and for the authentic flavor.
La Resta Como is a real gem.
The "icing on the cake" is the beautiful booklet that accompanies each product which describes the history of the brand and the product itself.
Not bad for the return of a company that made the history of Italian pastry.
Highly recommended
