★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice terrace and quick service, once you are served. Only 2 persons were taking orders on the whole terrace. We had pasta (ragu and aglio). All was brought swiftly and was good. Only the parmesan cheese was missing and not brought although we have asked it twice. At the end I had to go and collect it myself....

But hey, in these dark times, everyone deserves a treat! Make sure you don’t miss Saslonch’s Heidi plate and their heartwarming Bombardino. Buon appetito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Saslonch is a cool restaurant with astonishing views and great food. Waiters are dynamic and kind. The terrace has enough tables to serve everybody’s needs. A bombardino and apple schtrudel were amazing at mid morning. Very recommendable place in Val Gardena slopes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you like lunch? Then this is the place for you. In all seriousness, this is our favourite lunch (lonch?) place in the entire Dolomiti Superski area. Don’t miss the amazing Heidi plate: fresh gnocchi with walnuts and Gorgonzola sauce. To die for. Well worth a detour from the sellaronda.
