Domenico Baiocco sempre disponibile.Un plus di questa ditta è anche la disponibilità di propri ponteggi che consentono di contrarre tempi e costi. Concludendo giudizio senz'altro positivo e da consigliare.Attendo eventuale assistenza post lavori. Numerosissimi i campi di intervento sui quali riesce ad eccellere ,anche se la loro prerogativa sono le ristrutturazioni edilizie,soprattutto quelle complesse come grandi stabili civili e industriali. Personalmente ricopro insieme ad un collega il ruolo di DL in un intervento di ristrutturazione molto complesso per una committenza prestigiosa e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. Stefano poi,il titolare, è una persona molto in gamba, rispettosa e disponibile. Ho avuto il privilegio di lavorare con un'Impresa dotata di personale proprio sia per quanto riguarda le opere edili che provvisionali nonché impiantistiche. Lo staff on cui ho avuto contatti è composto da personale giovane ma molto preparato ed attento alle osservazioni e disposizioni che vengono impartite, ascoltando ed eseguendo quanto ho ordinato. Ho avuto il piacere di apprezzare l'attenzione dovuta e necessaria che la sicurezza del cantiere richiede, anche il tempo di covid-19. Non mi aspetto, nella fase conclusiva e di chiusura formale dell'intervento, alcuna sorpresa che possa incidere sulla presente valutazione. L'impresa Baiocco sta eseguendo il lavoro con diligenza e professionalità. Considerato che l'impresa è certificata e lavora in procedura per la qualità e per la sicurezza, come professionista devo sottolineare che anche la parte documentale e normativa è seguita con molta cura, grazie anche alla presenza di uno staff tecnico molto preparato ed efficiente. Infine gli operai dedicati stabilmente al cantiere sono bravi, sanno rapportarsi ai condomini, e tengono il cantiere ordinato e pulito.
