★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitate le pizze da asporto. Se ti ordino le pizze per le 8 non puoi prepararle per le 8 meno un quarto e tenerle 15 minuti sul bancone a prendere freddo. Arrivato a casa erano fredde e gommose ed abito ad un minuto dalla pizzeria. L'episodio è accaduto due volte su due, la prima volta ho lasciato perdere perché può succedere di sbagliare i tempi ma a quanto pare è una vostra abitudine. Un'altra abitudine è quella di dimenticare sempre un ingrediente ordinato dal cliente, anche questa due volte su due ordinazioni. Nella prima niente prosciutto crudo su una semplice Margherita con crudo, nella seconda niente bufala sulla richiesta di una pizza margherita con speck e mozzarella di bufala. Un po' di attenzione in più anche per chi chiede pizze da asporto non guasterebbe.
Avoid the takeaway pizzas. If I order the pizzas for 8, you cannot prepare them for a quarter to 8 and keep them on the counter for 15 minutes to get cold. When I got home they were cold and chewy and I live one minute from the pizzeria. The episode happened twice out of two, the first time I gave up because it can happen to get the timing wrong but apparently it is your habit. Another habit is to always forget an ingredient ordered by the customer, even this twice on two orders. In the first, no raw ham on a simple Margherita with raw ham, in the second no buffalo on the request for a margherita pizza with speck and buffalo mozzarella. A little more attention even for those asking for take-away pizzas would not hurt.
