Il brodetto da me ordinato non era altro che pesce lessato servito in un piattone fondo con una quantità eccessiva dì brodo dì cottura. Devo dire che una coppia del tavolo dì fronte a noi sono stati entusiasti dì questo piatto, io sono abituato al brodetto romagnolo che è saporito e il sugo dì cottura è ristretto. € 35,00 non spesi bene. Non è colpa della proprietaria naturalmente, mi hanno detto che a Porto Recanati il brodetto lo fanno così …. Dinner as a couple on March 19th; ordered broth and fried fish. The fry ordered by Tiziana was well cooked and abundant; good dish. € 20.00 well spent. The broth I ordered was nothing more than boiled fish served in a deep dish with an excessive amount of cooking broth. I must say that a couple of the table in front of us were enthusiastic about this dish, I am used to the Romagna broth which is tasty and the cooking sauce is small. € 35.00 not well spent. It's not the owner's fault of course, me they said that in Porto Recanati they make soup like this….

Il Brodetto è un'esperienza mistica e unica, seppur.. diabolica! Eccellente! Ospitalità familiale, senza fronzoli, con simpatia! The name is a promise, and that's enough: Il Diavolo del Brodetto! Excellent fish, cooked according to tradition - local of course - and very well. Brodetto is a mystical and unique experience, albeit… diabolical! Excellent! Family hospitality, without frills, with sympathy!

Tutto cucinato sul momento, l'attesa vale la pena e viene ripagata abbondantemente. Tagliatelle allo scoglio (senza pomodoro), guazzetto al pomodoro e grigliata di pesce i piatti provati... difficile scegliere il più buono, tutti sapori incredibili. Che delizia per il palato. Exceptional! A memorable fish meal. Despite the large portions, with a little effort we finished everything. It was a crime to leave those goodnesses. All cooked on the spot, the wait is worth it and it pays off abundantly. Tagliatelle allo scoglio (without tomato), tomato stew and grilled fish the dishes tried ... difficult to choose the best, all incredible flavors. What a delight for the palate.

The location is rather simple, yet the food is totally amazing. We had the freshest see food plate you can imagine, and we enjoyed a local white wine with it.
