★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Bags Free to pick up our large luggage pieces from our guesthouse in Rome so we could take a short trip by train out of the city for a few days, and had it later delivered to our hotel in Rome prior to flying out. Excellent communications over phone and email to schedule the service and make updates, and timely on pick up and delivery. It was well worth the piece of mind to avoid hauling our luggage on trains and taxis. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Bags Free in Rome, It was a great and easy service to use. We landed very early in Rome and had several hours to kill before we could check into our lodging. The Bags Free drop-off location near the Termini station was very easy to find thanks to the helpful directions that were sent beforehand. We had two additional bags to drop off and they were able to accommodate them with no problem. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because no one told me that they only accept payments in cash when they drop off the bags. (We were waiting to pull out cash until after we checked into our hotel because we didn't want to walk around Rome with lots of cash.) The gentleman who dropped off our bags arrived 15 minutes early and we had just barely started checking into our lodging. When he arrived I tried to pay with a card, but then spent the next 15 minutes scrambling looking for an ATM. He was patient, but it was stressful to be scrambling to find an ATM in a new city in the middle of us trying to check in to our lodging.
I would use Bags Free again and would recommend them to a friend. They were very friendly and the service was very easy to book. I would just make sure to mention that it's cash only!

Brought my bag to their storage near Termini and they brought it to my apartment later in the day. showed up exactly on time.And it's only 6 euro, the same as any other storage, but I don't have to go and pick up the bag. was very pleased with their service and booked them again for my trip back. They picked up the bag in the morning from my apartment and taken it to the storage near Termini. I picked up the bag before my flight from their Termini storage. Their office is very close to the Roma Termini station. You can calculate the cost on the site and also book it on the site. Or you can write to them via email to book. They always answer promptly in English. you can also book them to bring your bags to the Airport or pick them up from there. But book in advance, i tried two days before the flight and they did not have vans available to pick up from the airport. Great service! Very recommended

Their punctuality was perfect and really allowed us to make the absolute most of our last day, cannot recommend highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy and professional. We had our bags picked up in the morning from our flat and taken to their location near Roma Termini. That gave us the rest of the day to explore Rome without lugging our bags around. When it came time to leave, we grabbed our bags right next to the train station. And the price was the same as most other left baggage services, but our included pick-up. Great service!

TLDR: They take advantage of tourists in a hurry and charge you twice.
The guy who received us charged us money upon desposit. He asked for how long we wanted to deposit, when we would pick up and charged accordingly. PHOTO: The number of days is clearly on the receipt, so their claim that it is not possible to know for how many days we would store the luggage is a LIE! Look at the red box, they clearly have the pay in advance checkbox, LMAO. The dude received us intentionally did not check the box, so that they can charge twice when you return.
Then when we picked up the luggage, the first guy was not there and the second guy insisted that we pay again!! We were in a rush, so there was no time to call the police to replay the CCTV.
Bags Free, if you are serious about developing a business, INVESTIGATE THE DUDE on the morning shift on 27th April 2019, monitor and prevent future scrams that might undermine the business.
To fellow travellers, avoid here. If you have to use it, ask them to tick the payment box and take a video of you paying, seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I made it quite clear, we PAID in advance and no one told us that we need to pay after collecting the bags. The guy in the morning told us to use the receipt to COLLECT ONLY! I believe either there’s a mistake and the morning guy forgot to tick “payment” in the receipt (HA! If no one need to pay in advance why there is a “PAYMENT” section in the receipt?) unless you can send me your CCTV footage and proof I will BELIEVE MY MEMORY)

THIS SHOP IS A SCAM!!!! We deposit our luggage for 1 day and when we depositing the staff asked us to paid first and collect with receipt, however when we collect it at night another staff said we need to PAY AGAIN because all services are post paid! We asked him to check with the morning colleague but the morning guy said the same thing!!!! He also said the CCTV shows the same BUT REFUSE TO SHOW THE CCTV TO US!!!!!!Super bad experience and will definitely not come back again. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND TAKE A PHOTO WHEN YOU PAY YOUR MONEY!!! The place looks cheap but effectively charge you more!!!!
