E	Ema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa sede sindacale ho trovato persone gentili ed efficienti. L'ufficio è centrale e facile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici e facendo un pezzo di strada a piedi. C'è una comoda sala di attesa con distributore di acqua e personale di accoglienza che gestisce l'utenza fornendo informazioni e gestendo gli appuntamenti. I found friendly and efficient people at this union. The office is central and easy to reach by public transport and making a piece of road on foot. There is a comfortable waiting room with water dispenser and reception staff that manages the user by providing information and managing the appointments.

In occasione del concorso straordinario mi sono recata agli uffici di via Castro Pretorio per una consulenza. In seguito ad una email ricevuta dal MIUR che richiedeva autocertificazione per i servizi prestati , ho chiesto consiglio alla coordinatrice, temevo di essere esclusa dal concorso ingiustamente! Sono entrata negli uffici alle 15 orario di apertura mi hanno fatto attendere mezz'ora non c' era nessuno! La cordinatrice poi è uscita dall'ufficio ha dato uno sguardo fugace ai miei documenti e mi ha detto " non hai i requisiti!" Ho provato a spiegare invitandola a leggere i documenti...ma con arroganza e maleducazione! Mi ha voltato le spalle e si e chiusa nell' ufficio. Disperata ..indignata .. perché sapevo di avere i requisiti per il concorso, mi sono recata all' ANIEF....mi hanno detto che ho i requisiti ...mi hanno confermato ciò che sostenevo e consigliato su come procedere. I am a primary school teacher enrolled in the Guild since 2014. On the occasion of the extraordinary competition I went to the offices in via Castro Pretorio for a consultation. Following an email received from MIUR requesting self-certification for the services provided, I asked the coordinator for advice, I was afraid of being unfairly excluded from the competition! I entered the offices at 15 opening hours they made me wait half an hour there was nobody there! The coordinator then came out of the office gave a fleeting glance at my documents and told me "you don't qualify!" I tried to explain by inviting her to read the documents ... but with arrogance and rudeness! She turned her back on me and shut herself in the office. Desperate .. indignant .. because I knew I had the requisites for the competition, I went to the ANIEF .... they told me that I have the requisites ... they confirmed what I supported and advised me on how to proceed.
