Dopo pochissime ore dall’ordine, sono stata contattata telefonicamente per informarmi della mancanza di un articolo. Mi è stata data possibilità di modificare l’ordine e mi è stato anche inviato un omaggio (STUPENDO) come scuse per l’inconveniente.
Infine, l’ultimo “dettaglio”: la qualità dei prodotti! Tutti articoli originalissimi (molti wizarding world) di ottima qualità e a prezzi anche convenienti rispetto ad altri rivenditori!
Una scoperta splendida!
Riacquisterò di certo e consiglio più che vivamente!
I used the ecommerce service and I was AMAZED not only by the speed of delivery (less than 48 hours) but by the incredible courtesy and helpfulness of the customer care.
After a few hours from the order, I was contacted by phone to inform me of the lack of an item. I was given the opportunity to change the order and I was also sent a gift (GORGEOUS) as an apology for the inconvenience.
Finally, the last "detail": the quality of the products! All very original items (many wizarding worlds) of excellent quality and at affordable prices compared to other retailers!
A splendid discovery!
I will buy back for sure and recommend more than highly!
