I dolci potete anche non mangiarli, non meritano.
 In general, good dishes and large portions but prices far too high for the informal environment that it is.
The desserts you can not even eat them, they do not deserve.

Il tonno tataki con semi di papavero blu e coulis di fragole è stato eccezionale, con tonno arrivato in mattinata dalla Sicilia (l'ho chiesto io ben cotto, non giudicate quindi dal colore in foto). Eccellenti anche gli spaghetti con vongole e bottarga.
Excellent lunch with non-trivial proposals and high quality ingredients. Quick service.
The tuna tataki with blue poppy seeds and strawberry coulis was exceptional, with tuna arriving in the morning from Sicily (I asked for it well cooked, so don't judge by the color in the photo). Spaghetti with clams and bottarga are also excellent.

During our stay there, we had dinner in several restaurants including Bagno Carolina, which had already received good reviews on Google. From my point of view, this simple looking beach restaurant surpasses all those we tried in the area, including the more exclusive, fancy-looking ones.
The presentation of the dishes, the creativity of the chef and fresh local produce he uses - in particular the fish – was remarkable. The staff was very friendly and the bill, for what we were served, was more than acceptable.
An excellent restaurant - absolutely recommended.
