Rude and unprofessional management staff, I asked mid afternoon if an umbrella was available, they said no then leaving to look elsewhere for some guys who had overheard us they stopped us saying they were leaving their daily umbrella and we could use it, we go back to the direction happy to have found a place and we are chased by the husband (?) Of the girl in the direction who with rude nastiness tells us that we can not exchange umbrellas so at random, we understand, we ask him if we can pay the umbrella to our time, seeing that he had freed himself, always irritated and with an air of superiority they tell us no, accompanying him with a "we don't want any clever ones" we always cordially came away. Keep your umbrella empty, we went to Vittorio Veneto where they were very kind and the establishment is 1000 times better maintained.

"You like to win easy", the Darsena beach is enchanting, the favorite of Viareggio and unknown to most. The Aretusa bathroom perfectly interprets the beauty of this stretch of beach reserved for connoisseurs. Flawless conduction, particularly suitable for children, 5-star restaurant.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The owners are affable, honest and very kind. The service is very good. It offers umbrellas and tents according to customer needs. The establishment is well maintained and clean, even the bathrooms. Beautiful relaxation area complete with many tables and umbrellas. Green area available for private parties or events. The bar area lacks nothing. They also have a "picnic area" where you can have a packed lunch comfortably seated at the table. It does not have a private swimming pool but on the other hand there is a beautiful play area equipped on sand with houses, slides, bridges for children with attached umbrellas and free deckchairs for parents and supervisors. Large soccer fields and beach volleyball courts. Lifeguards are helpful and courteous. Often they organize internal events for customers, such as parties, dinners, small shows for children ... even the "cart" of Bagno Aretusa for the Carnival of Viareggio held in winter. Excellent restaurant service with à la carte menu. In the summer there is a baby club inside the bathroom, accessible upon registration. The internal parking, with several parking spaces, motorcycles and bicycle stalls, is reserved for customers. What I like most in this establishment is the attention to the customer in terms of hospitality and requests, the cleanliness of the spaces, the attention to detail, the appropriate spaces between the various umbrellas / tents and the courtesy of the staff.

We found this beach a bit by chance, we only stopped for lunch for reasons of timing. I took a salad, it was super rich and plentiful, the salmon was very fresh. Breezy and welcoming place a stone's throw from the sea. Friendly staff and adequate prices Advise!
