The place is very suggestive but does not present any care and attention that can enhance it, indeed I think that from a historical point of view it deserves more respect.

I proprietari, persone squisite, nelle difficoltà del periodo di emergenza hanno sempre mostrato grande disponibilità e professionalità. Ci reputiamo assolutamente soddisfatti: abbiamo potuto assaporare piatti dai sapori ricercati le cui materie prime erano freschissime e di ottima qualità; la location ci ha lasciati senza fiato, le luci sul prato e la chiesa normanna sullo sfondo hanno creato un’atmosfera incantevole e magica. Dai crudi di pesce, al risotto dalle note di limone, dall’angolo della cacciagione alla torta nuziale… tutto impeccabile e squisito; servizio ottimo! Ci risposeremmo lì ancora mille volte… grazie ai signori Saporito e al loro staff è stata una serata da sogno, indimenticabile! Grazie infinite. We are overjoyed to have chosen the Baglio Trinità to celebrate our wedding! The owners, exquisite people, in the difficulties of the emergency period have always shown great availability and professionalism. We consider ourselves absolutely satisfied: we were able to savor dishes with refined flavors whose raw materials were very fresh and of excellent quality; the location left us breathless, the lights on the lawn and the Norman church in the background created an enchanting and magical atmosphere. From raw fish to risotto with lemon notes, from the game corner to the wedding cake ... all flawless and exquisite; great service! We would get married again there a thousand times ... thanks to the Saporito gentlemen and their staff it was a dream evening, unforgettable! Thank you so much.

Intorno nel parca si sente il profumo della terra del muschio del legno. Una location dove gli eventi si trasformano in favole. Ospita una piccola chiesa normanna, a modello della cuba bizantina. Personale molto professionale. Cibo ottimo. Difficult to describe this place. Thousands of photos would not suffice. We should live it and breathe it. Immersed in elegant but rustic greenery. Around the park you can smell the scent of wood moss. A location where events are transformed into fables. It houses a small Norman church, model of the Byzantine Cuba. Very professional staff. Great food.

Lo sbaglio mio è stato non chiedere se c'era un bagno per disabili. ?? Friendly staff and great food. Top recommend to everyone. The only flaw: "the toilets are located after a steep staircase. My mistake was not asking if there was a bathroom for the disabled. ??

I nostri ospiti sono stati trattati bene, hanno mangiato con gusto e a sazietà, ma noi sposi non siamo stati trattati con gli stessi riguardi. Durante la trattativa abbiamo provato più volte a chiedere di mettere per iscritto tutte le condizioni ma i proprietari si sono sempre rifiutati, rassicurandoci a parole che ci sarebbero venuti incontro in tutti i modi. Invece ho dovuto concordare il menu di presenza solo 4 giorni prima del matrimonio (viviamo in Lombardia e non abbiamo potuto avere molti giorni di ferie prima del matrimonio). Solo 4 giorni prima ho saputo che avremmo dovuto lasciare la sala per le 18.30, quando io avevo chiesto se potevamo rimanere di più, avrei anche pagato un supplemento, ma non è stato possibile trattare. Durante i buffet di antipasti e di dolci non siamo praticamente stati serviti, i miei amici hanno cominciato a portarmi pietanze e poi mi sono proprio alzata. Hanno sbagliato la disposizione dei tavoli. Ho lamentato al direttore di sala gli errori e lui ha scaricato l'errore ai proprietari, proponendomi di andare fuori a parlare con loro: durante il ricevimento del mio matrimonio! Sono stata nervosa e al momento del pagamento, abbiamo lamentato questo trattamento e il proprietario ha risposto in maniera supponente: "qui si fa come dico io, tu che lavoro fai? Io faccio matrimoni da vent'anni e so come fare." Non hanno neanche avuto l'umiltà di scusarsi per il disagio creato. Il Baglio Trinità is a splendid place, with excellent cuisine. Our guests were treated well, they ate with taste and to their fill, but we spouses were not treated with the same regards. During the negotiation we tried several times to ask to put all the conditions in writing but the owners have always refused, reassuring us in words that they would have come to meet us in every way. Instead I had to agree on the attendance menu only 4 days before the wedding (we live in Lombardy and we couldn't have many days off before the wedding). Only 4 days before I learned that we would have to leave the room by 6.30 pm, when I had asked if we could stay longer, I would have also paid a supplement, but it was not possible to negotiate. During the appetizer and dessert buffets we were hardly served, my friends started bringing me food and then I really got up. They've got the tables set up wrong. I complained to the room manager about the errors and he dumped the error to the owners, proposing that I go outside and talk to them: during my wedding reception! I was nervous and at the time of payment, we complained about this treatment and the owner replied in an opinionated manner: "Here we do as I say, what do you do? I have been weddings for twenty years and I know how to do it." They did not even have the humility to apologize for the inconvenience created.

Personale cortese veloce e disponibile,cibo molto basilare e senza lode soprattutto chi sceglie pietanze a base di pesce. Da ammonimento l'aperitivo a buffet perché da un senso di confusione e caos per chi vorrebbe assaporare stuzzichini e beveraggio. Location 8 servizio 6 cibo 6 Structure of other times, beautiful and evocative sin the paintings that depict what an animalist hates. Fast and helpful courteous staff, very basic food and without praise especially those who choose fish dishes. The buffet aperitif is a warning because it gives a sense of confusion and chaos for those who would like to savor snacks and drinks. Location 8 service 6 food 6
