Ritengo che molti miglioramenti sono ancora possibili e la titolare dovrebbe forse vigilare un po' di più. Some doubts about pizza, often burnt and undercooked, and it is not the first time. Passando all'offerta abbiamo optato per un inziale antipasto a base di fritto misto (panelle, patatine e mozzarelline), frittura asciutta e croccante, a seguire le pizze e devo dire che si sono contraddistinte sia per la bontà che per la freschezza dei prodotti e, non di meno, la varietà delle proposte che vanno dalle classiche alle "particolari". La pasta delle pizze è risultata ben strutturata, buona la presenza delle "bolle" con un cornicione (bordo) ben strutturato. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto da della birra alla spina nera (1 lt) , molto armonica in bocca con un buon retrogusto speziato e di carruba, un buon amaro e caffè hanno concluso la nostra serata. Il prezzo? Decisamente onesto. Moving on to the offer we opted for an initial starter based on mixed fried (panelle, chips and mozzarella), dry and crispy frying, followed by the pizzas and I must say that they stood out for both the goodness and the freshness of the products and nevertheless, the variety of proposals ranging from classic to "particular". The pizza dough was well structured, good presence of the "bubbles" with a well structured cornice (edge). We accompanied it all with black draft beer (1 liter), very harmonious in the mouth with a good spicy and carob aftertaste, a good bitter and coffee concluded our evening. The price? Definitely honest. Highly recommended
