Dopo due anni la stessa presenta ancora problemi, in qualche modo la sistemano. Poi dopo ancora due anni, precisamente due settimane fa, sempre la stessa tapparella presenta ancora problemi. Dopo una serie infinita di telefonate, mi dicono che loro escono a sistemare il problema solo se io pago l'intervento e il materiale. Al che io gentilmente declino l'assistenza. Che vergogna.....i sodi che ho pagato però non si sono rotti a ripetizione dopo due anni. Voto zero. Bad company. Bad fitting. But above all, zero customer assistance. Faccio notare subito attraverso il responsabile di cantiere che una porta è ammaccata esternamente. Il posatore dapprima nega l' evidenza, poi addossa la colpa ad altri ipotetici posatori, infine dice che verrà un sabato a sistemare il discorso. Passano le settimane, nessun intervento e tantomeno segnalazioni. Il responsabile di cantiere fissa due appuntamenti a cui il posatore non si presenta.
