Ho trovato un servizio completo , posso solo dire grazie .Grazie a tutto lo Staff, soprattutto alla Dottoressa Masoni , che portando il mio cognome, mi rimane simpatica , mA NON SOLO ALTA PROFESSIONALITÀ E CORTESIA I am disabled, no one was up to following my needs, as I have difficulty getting around, my lawyer turned to caregivers right away. Mi hanno fatto firmare un contratto in cui era scritto che la sig.ra avrebbe pulito la casa, accudito e pulito mio padre ,le parole della responsabille sig.ra Masoni sono state che mio papà doveva profumare!!!.. Mio padre in 15 gg non è mai stato pulito e lavato, il letto mai cambiato, mai spazzato e dato il cencio per terra, fumava tranquillamente in casa. Prima di andare via, mio padre si era rotto il braccio, quindi aveva una fasciatura che lei non gli ha mai sistemato giornalmente. Il tutto pagato ben € 1.350! Siete bravi solo a prendere soldi alle persone perbene Lo sconsiglio vivamente. P	Pinko _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la ricerca di una badante per mia madre, mi sono rivolta a questa agenzia trovata navigando sul web. rimasta positivamente impressionata dalla velocità di risposta, sono andata avanti ma le successive conversazioni telefoniche avvenute con la titolare dott.ssa Masoni hanno portato alla luce un carattere per niente incline alla comprensione delle esigenze del cliente. Si tratta di una donna priva di empatia, severa e categorica con chi le sta davanti. Non ha assecondato nessuna delle richieste che le facevo e anzi mi ha messo sempre in difficoltà con i suoi modi freddi. inoltre non è stata chiara della spiegazione del compenso per l'agenzia(prima mi ha detto che era gratuito, poi che c'era da pagare 180 euro per l'avvio della pratica). Le ho chiesto di anticiparmi per mail il contratto in modo che potessi leggerlo con calma ma mi ha detto che assolutamente dovevo farlo in agenzia e che se volevo potevo andare con un legale.... Insomma ho interrotto la ricerca della badante con questa agenzia. Sono dispiaciuta per come sono stata trattata. E' già così mortificante avere un anziano in casa bisognoso di cure che non occorre farsi umiliare da estranei. non la consiglierei.
