Per la prima volta nella vita ho provato la carne frizzante e maleodorante ! la bontà e la conservazione degli alimenti che vengono poi portati in tavola é forse pretendere troppo? Ho lamentato educatamente il problema è mi è stato risposto che fosse assolutamente impossibile quanto stessi dicendo e che anzi la carne non era piaciuta a me! Se questi sono i modi... Mi hanno comunque riproposto il piatto che si diverso... ma stracotto e con supplemento al carbone. Alien experience !!! For the first time in my life I have tried sizzling and smelly meat! M	Medea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci sono opzioni vegane e quando si chiede gentilmente un piatto di norma senza formaggio (causa allergia) si riceve un trattamento pessimo. Mi hanno servito un piatto di pasta al pomodoro dove avevano rimosso il formaggio, con residui di ricotta salata nella salsa. Quando glielo fate notate riportano la pasta ed è ancora cruda e la porzione è dimezzata. Ho mangiato per non morire di fame e non tornerò mai più, una mia amica ha ordinato il bacù e la carne era “frizzantina” faceva proprio puzza! Quando glielo ha fatto notare la cameriera le ha detto “forse non è piaciuto a te”. Grazie bacu ? Ah sono le 4 e stiamo ancora aspettando il conto. Ci siamo seduti tre ore fa. PS HO LETTO LE ALTRE RECENSIONI E IL PROPRIETARIO INSISTE CHE LE RECENSIONI NEGATIVE SIANO FALSE. Per questo ho inserito la foto. La recensione ahimè è vera. They served me a plate of pasta with tomato sauce where they had removed the cheese, with ricotta salata residue in the sauce. I ate to not die of hunger and I will never go back, a friend of mine ordered the bacù and the meat was "sparkling" it really stinks! When she pointed this out to her, the waitress said "maybe you didn't like it." Thanks bacu ? Ah it's 4 and we're still waiting for the bill. We sat down three hours ago. Una location minimalista ed elegantemente funzionale, pulita ed ordinata con delle decorazioni luminose estremamente gradevoli e non pacchiane, la cucina completamente a vista che dimostra la serenità e la sicurezza in se stessi di chef e proprietà, personale gentile e disponibile che ci ha consigliato del cibo delizioso e servito caldo e velocissimo. Unico neo le patate con provola fusa e speck, erano così buone che non ho fatto in tempo a fotografarle! Abbiamo scelto dei secondi ed è stato accontentato anche mio marito che vuole veder scorrere il sangue nel piatto al contrario di me che voglio la carne molto cotta, tutto cotto al punto giusto e ben presentato. Nota speciale: il silenzio, niente caos ne musica fastidiosa, la possibilità di poter chiacchierare e rilassarsi davanti a del buon cibo è una cosa meravigliosa. La prossima volta proveremo i primi e poi i panini…insomma ci rivedremo! I was very skeptical because on Sunday, at lunch, in a shopping center ... I was expecting the worst and instead, show! L'offerta del menù è relativamente vasta, abbiamo panini, primi, grigliate e antipasti. All'ingresso si è accolti da un bel bancone di carni tipicamente in stile "griglieria". Il nostro ordine è stato un super fritto e una grigliata sfiziosa, il fritto senza lode e senza infamia, ma la grigliata assolutamente bocciata per qualità e cottura della carne proposta. Quello che dovrebbe essere il punto di forza del locale risulta essere il primo punto debole. Rapporto qualità-prezzo medio, non abbiamo pagato tanto ma non abbiamo neppure mangiato bene.
