Sono stata in questo salone poco prima di Natale, e ho assistito ad una delle scene più indecorose che abbia mai visto, sintomo di davvero poca professionalità da parte di Michela, la titolare. Una cliente è stata letteralmente aggredita per aver obiettato che non era soddisfatta della scalatura fatta ai suoi capelli. L'intero salone è rimasto in silenzio di fronte alla scenata isterica della titolare che in modo poco cortese e urlando ha comunque sistemato il taglio rendendolo effettivamente decisamente migliore di quanto non proposto inizialmente. Sicuramente non tornerò mai più, come anche i clienti presenti che sgranavano gli occhi attoniti. When rudeness is at home! I was in this salon just before Christmas, and I witnessed one of the most indecorous scenes I have ever seen, a symptom of very little professionalism on the part of Michela, the owner. A client was literally attacked for objecting that she was not satisfied with the scaling done to her hair. The entire hall has remained silent in front of the hysterical scene of the owner who in a polite and screaming way has however arranged the cut effectively making it much better than what was initially proposed. I will certainly never go back, as well as the customers present who widened their astonished eyes.

La professionalità non si misura solo dall'abilità di usare le forbici ma dalla capacità di mettere a proprio agio di trattare con rispetto i clienti!!! Entrata per prenotare un trattamento alla cheratina ho sentito una sequela di scemenze irripetibili .. girato i tacchi e mai più!!! Pessima figura lei e il suo staff! Qui il carisma e la creatività sono di casa, anzi di famiglia per meglio dire perché di una intera famiglia all’opera si tratta. Se non vi fermate alle apparenze ma amate la qualità’ e la cura del dettaglio siete nel posto giusto. Non sempre vedrete o vi sentirete dire quello che vi piace ma sempre vi verrà consigliato quello che è meglio per i vostri capelli. Prendetevi il giusto tempo, certe magie non vanno d’ accordo con la fretta. Esperienza umanamente autentica raccontabile dalla vasta clientela eterogenea e fedelissima. V	VALENTINA GALESSO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo dove vari possono essere i retroscena... poichè tutta la famiglia trasmette passione, impegno e dedizione per questo mestiere facendoti sentire parte di loro! da anni ormai taglio i miei capelli indomabili perchè troppi e troppo grossi da Michela, nessuno mai aveva capito come funzionavano, ma Michela è un'artista e ogni volta mette un tocco nuovo tanto che per strada mi fermano a chiedermi dove ho tagliato i capelli! spiegate l'effetto che volete e poi lasciate fare... risultato top! Risultato: ho pagato 60 euro per avere ancora le doppie punte e la lunghezza identica a prima. Alla fine di questa pagliacciata la titolare ha pure avuto la faccia tosta di dirmi “così stanotte non piangi perché te li ho tagliati pochissimo!!” Bad. I had asked for a shoulder cut having my hair down to mid-back, but according to the owner I had "too beautiful hair" to cut. Result: I paid 60 euros to still have split ends and the same length as before. At the end of this antics the owner even had the nerve to tell me "so tonight you don't cry because I cut them very little for you !!"
