★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni di collaborazione quest' anno me ne hanno fatte due di seguito. Non hanno sospeso l assicurazione come promesso telefonicamente.. (scoperto solo quando è giunta la naturale scadenza) e successivamente mi hanno lasciato solo in occasione di un sinistro non liquidato sulla polizza responsabilità di Helvetia. In quel caso mi aspettavo che l agenzia mi aiutasse nel trovare eun compromesso con la liquidatrice. Invece hanno lasciato che me la sbrigassi da solo ritenendo di non poter fare nulla. Con le mie forze ho trovato comunque un compromesso saltando agenzia e sede di liquidazione collegata (Rimini) ... Per avere soddisfazione dalla sede Italiana (Milano).
Ci si aspetterebbe sempre che l agenzia del territorio si faccia in quattro per i propri clienti, in questo caso non ci ha neppure provato, mentre da solo ci sono perfino riuscito.
After years of collaboration this year they made me two in a row. They did not suspend the insurance as promised by telephone .. (discovered only when the natural expiration came) and subsequently they left me alone in the event of an unpaid claim on Helvetia's liability policy. In that case I expected the agency to help me find and compromise with the liquidator. Instead they let me handle it by myself believing there was nothing I could do. With my own strength, however, I found a compromise by skipping the agency and the related settlement office (Rimini) ... To get satisfaction from the Italian office (Milan).
One would always expect that the local agency will go out of its way for its customers, in this case it has not even tried, while I have even succeeded alone.
