Ho comprato un kit completo, fasciatoio, culla con relativo materasso, cuscino e corredino e un trio supertres foppapedretti. Prezzi competitivi, spedizione veloce e assistenza telefonica cordiale ed immediata. Nella consegna c'è stato un inconveniente sul colore del trio che però è stato risolto subito mandandomi il corriere a casa che ha ritirato il prodotto errato e mi è stato inviato quello del colore giusto, il tutto senza spese aggiuntive. Mi è stato proposto di tenere il colore sbagliato con un ulteriore sconto di 40 euro ma ho preferito la sostituzione merce. Consiglio fortemente questo store!

Competitive prices, fast shipping and immediate and friendly telephone assistance. In the delivery there was a problem with the color of the trio which was resolved immediately by sending me the courier at home who collected the wrong product and the one of the right color was sent to me, all without additional costs. I was offered to keep the wrong color with a further discount of 40 euros but I preferred to replace the goods. I strongly recommend this store!

A fuir, colis reçu endommagé à 3 jours des fêtes impossible de refuser l'achat. Une pièce manquante dans le montage du jouet il ne réponde plus à mes mails.

Hemos comprado una habitación para el bebé. ( cuña y cómoda bañera) y nos ha llegado todo perfectamente de Italia a España . Al no conocer la tienda teníamos dudas y en cambio quedamos muy contentos, siempre nos contestaron a las dudas y las cajas llegaron perfectamente embalada en los plazos previstos. We have bought a room for the baby. (wedge and comfortable bathtub) and everything has arrived perfectly from Italy to Spain. Not knowing the store we had doubts and on the other hand we were very happy, they always answered our doubts and the boxes arrived perfectly packed within the expected deadlines. Commande reçu aujourd'hui, honteux ! Carton d emballage abîmé, écrasé étiquette délavé, ça se voit que ça a traîne depuis longtemps ! Au déballage la housse est déchirée ! Comment pouvez vous prendre les gens pour des cons?

SHORT VERSION: incredibly horrible customer service. They sent me a defective product & ignored my requests for an exchange. I have been fighting with them for 7 months & yeh are still incredible unhelpful & have ZERO respect for their customers. STAY AWAY FROM BABYCHICSTORE!!! LONG VERSION: I ordered a stroller in January 2020 from BabyChicStore. They delivered only the seats attachments but no stroller frame & requested photographic proof of what I DID receive. They then delivered the frame weeks later in a brutally damaged box & damaged product. Again I needed to send pictures & instead of exchanging the product as I requested, they took my stroller to be repaired. I have two kids & no stroller die the time being. The repair took over a month & they continuously ignored my request for a new frame in exchange for the damaged one. I had to file a report through PayPal for BabyChicStore to finally respond to me. They said through the PayPal message Thread they are sending the new frame but then in a private email said that they are sending the repaired frame. The repaired stroller frame was delivered in a damaged box again & this time with another damaged piece. I contacted them & they ignored me. I continued to contact them & they blamed Peg Perego & said they are working on the problem & if i “want” I can contact Peg Perego myself. Peg Perego was actually very helpful & tried to do their best to help me but in the end BabyChicStore still continue to do everything in their power to ignore my requests for a return. It has been 7+ months & still no resolution.

Very disappointed with this online store, horrible experience and communication took three months, during this time I couldn't use the baby room furniture as BabyChic Store didn't send the correct product. They told me they would take back the wrong product they sent and refund money. They took back the wrong item and refused to refund me money. Be careful with them as they don't do the fair business.
