Ho ricevuto subito una mail da Adelina che mi ha confermato la ricezione dell'ordine e che avrebbe spedito l'articolo il martedì alla riapertura del negozio. Ho ricevuto un'altra mail con il tracking della spedizione e il giorno successivo ho ricevuto l'articolo perfettamente imballato ed in ottime condizioni.

I ordered a Valco carrycot stand from their online store on Sunday. I immediately received an email from Adelina who confirmed that the order had been received and that she would ship the item on Tuesday when the shop reopened. I received another mail with the shipment tracking and the next day I received the item perfectly packaged and in excellent condition.
