Avendo la necessità di dover sostituire alcuni termosifoni mi rivolgo a quella che pare essere una azienda di nicchia, solida , affidabile. Chiamo per un preventivo, che so già essere un lavoro certo, non mi affido a termosanitari improvvisati, mi risponde quello che credo essere il titolare che mi dice di prendere accordi con il suo operaio. Per sette giorni aspetto la telefonata dell'operaio. Capisco le emergenze, capisco tutto, ma una telefonata... comunque sia chiama mio marito la ditta che si scusa e promette che entro un paio di giorni verremo contattati. Vorrei finire i lavori prima del freddo. In effetti vengo contatta via sms dall'operaio che mi fissa un appuntamento. Ci mettiamo d'accordo sull'orario e io mi organizzo. Il giorno dell'appuntamento attendo invano l'arrivo dell'operaio. Dopo più di un'ora e mezza di ritardo lo chiamo e mi fa partire la segreteria. Gli chiedo, cortesemente, di farmi sapere quando sarebbe arrivato. Nulla. Passo agli sms . Stessa domanda. Con l'opzione che di termoidrauliche non c'è carenza. Nessuna risposta. Serietà e professionalità che esplodono. Alla fine mi sono rivolta ad un'altra ditta.
In contrast to the previous reviews I must say that my personal experience with the Babando Company was nothing short of bad.
Having the need to replace some radiators, I turn to what appears to be a solid, reliable niche company. I call for a quote, which I already know is a certain job, I don't rely on improvised plumbing fixtures, the one I believe to be the owner answers me and tells me to make arrangements with his worker. For seven days I wait for the call from the worker. I understand emergencies, I understand everything, but a phone call ... however my husband calls the company that apologizes and promises that within a couple of days we will be contacted. I would like to finish the work before the cold. In fact, I am contacted via sms by the worker who makes an appointment for me. We agree on the timetable and I organize myself. On the day of the appointment I await the arrival of the worker in vain. After more than an hour and a half late, I call him and he starts the answering machine. I kindly ask him to let me know when he would arrive. Nothing. I switch to text messages. Same question. With the option of plumbing and heating there is no shortage. No reply. Seriousness and professionalism that explode. Eventually I turned to another company.
