★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto una casa con questa agenzia e a seguito della visita invio una mail di interesse alla quale non ho mai ricevuto una risposta. Anche a me è stato richiesto il 5% sulla vendita dell' immobile e mi hanno segnalato la non possibilità di accettare un' eventuale proposta collegata al buon esito del mutuo. Chi vende un immobile, soprattutto in questo periodo storico, dovrebbe accertarsi anche delle clausole verso il potenziale acquirente.
I saw a house with this agency and following the visit I send an email of interest to which I have never received a reply. I too was asked for 5% on the sale of the property and they signaled to me that it was not possible to accept a possible proposal related to the success of the mortgage. Who sells a property, especially in this historical period, should also check the clauses towards the potential buyer.
