★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno urgentemente che mi venisse fatto un certo lavoro sul mio PC, di sabato. Ho provato invano a rivolgermi ad altre aziende che si occupano di informatica, per aiutarmi . L' unico che mi ha risposto e' stato Battista, alle ore 12 h, dicendomi che il Sabato lavora fino alle 13 h e che l' operazione che doveva fare sul mio Pc richiedeva molto più' tempo. Ha notato la mia urgenza e senza esitare ha continuato a lavorare a casa sua sul mio PC tutto il pomeriggio di Sabato, consegnandomi il computer alle 21h.
Che dire...Il senso di responsabilita', serieta' e professionalita' non e' da tutti. Grazie Battista e buon lavoro.
I urgently needed some work done on my PC on a Saturday. I tried in vain to turn to other IT companies to help me. The only one who answered me was Battista, at 12h, telling me that on Saturday he works until 13h and that the operation he had to do on my PC took much longer. He noticed my urgency and without hesitation continued to work at his home on my PC all Saturday afternoon, handing me the computer at 21h.
What can I say ... The sense of responsibility, seriousness and professionalism is not for everyone. Thanks Battista and good work.
