★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto una caraffa di prosecco e mi hanno portato un vino normale frizzante schifoso di colore giallastro, ho chiesto alla cameriera se era prosecco e mi ha risposto di sì, e non sanno neanche cosa portano in tavola, sconsiglio vivamente questo locale.
I asked for a carafe of prosecco and they brought me a disgusting normal yellowish sparkling wine, I asked the waitress if it was prosecco and she answered yes, and they don't even know what they bring to the table, I strongly advise against this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparazione macchina per caffè De Longhi. Non velocissimi ma servizio soddisfacente. All'accoglienza ed alla consegna, ho trovato due Signore gentili. Ho ricevuto le informazioni, le opzioni ed i preventivi, prima di procedere con la riparazione. Ho poi avuto, in fase di consegna, i suggerimenti per un migliore funzionamento della macchina e gli aggiornamenti, relativi ad alcune parti.

De Longhi coffee machine repair. Not lightning fast but satisfactory service. At the welcome and delivery, I found two kind ladies. I have received the information, options and quotes before proceeding with the repair. Then, during the delivery phase, I had suggestions for a better functioning of the machine and updates, relating to some parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a riparare una lampada Tolomeo (vedi foto) che non voleva più saperne di accendersi. È stata riparata in poco tempo. Leggendo le altre recensioni mi sembra strano vedere che si parli di personale scortese, perché invece io ho trovato una persona molto garbata e gentile.
I took a Tolomeo lamp (see photo) to be repaired that no longer wanted to light up. It was repaired in a short time. Reading the other reviews it seems strange to me to see that we are talking about rude staff, because instead I found a very polite and kind person.

Mi è stato detto che dovevano verificare l'idoneità del pezzo in loro possesso da montare sul mio condizionatore , ma ho dovuto stare sempre dietro a chiedere come un cagnolino a che punto era la loro verifica. Morale della favola gli ho detto di lasciar perdere perché di una assistenza cosi ne faccio a meno. Desidero inoltre segnalare che il titolare di B.C.E. è Bazzan Cristian, e tra le recensioni ne ho trovata una di 5 stelle a nome di Bazzan Cristian.
I have been waiting for a technical intervention on the air conditioner for two days. I was told that they had to check the suitability of the piece in their possession to mount on my air conditioner, but I always had to stay behind asking like a dog at what point was their verification. Moral of the story I told him to let it go because I can do without assistance like this. I would also like to point out that the owner of B.C.E. is Bazzan Cristian, and among the reviews I found one of 5 stars in the name of Bazzan Cristian.

Capaci nel loro mestiere, si dimostrano molto male organizzati con tempi di intervento eccessivamente lunghi senza essere in grado di pianificare la riparazione. Molto scortesi ed ineducati con la clientela. Meglio rivolgersi altrove.
This is a laboratory used for the repair of electrical appliances. Capable of their trade, they prove to be very poorly organized with excessively long intervention times without being able to plan the repair. Very rude and uneducated with customers. Better to go elsewhere.
