Nonostante ci sia il marchio giapponese stampato in grande sulla porta d'entrata apparentemente il centro di assistenza Sony non ritira i telefoni Xperia per la riparazione.
Alla fine mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un altro negozio in centro però c'è da dire che il centro Sony di Verona ritira i prodotti guasti e rotti senza battere ciglio, non vedo perché questo non dovrebbe.
Se dovete portare qualcosa fate prima un colpo di telefono, non perderete tempo come ho fatto io.

I showed up with a request for assistance on a phone. An elderly and annoyed gentleman didn't even give me time to explain what it was. I left to not fight, but totally dissatisfied

Peccato che per articoli un po' datati non si impegnino nemmeno a procurare i ricambi,considerando che sono ancora nel mercato.

Oggi, essendo circa 15 chilometri da dove abito, ho telefonato: la segreteria telefonica dice che è aperto dal lunedì al venerdì e il sabato dalle ore 8.30. Mi recato al centro assistenza e ho trovato chiuso....
