La signora che non risponde perché pensa che sia una di un centralino Vodafone, quando risponde, dico "buongiorno, chiamavo per un preventivo" ed inizia subito a chiedermi da dove chiamo, cosa voglio e a dirmi che non mi avrebbero mai servito. Già dal prefisso del numero di telefono aveva analizzato il cliente. Una persona davvero fastidiosa, poco professionale e che a mio avviso fa perdere clienti all'azienda.
I called for a quote and had an experience to say the least paradoxical. The lady who does not answer because she thinks she is one of a Vodafone switchboard, when she answers, I say "good morning, I was calling for a quote" and she immediately begins to ask me where I call from, what I want and to tell me that they would never serve me. Already from the prefix of the telephone number he had analyzed the customer. A really annoying, unprofessional person who in my opinion makes the company lose customers.
