Le camere arredate con gusto sono luminose e spaziose con attenzione ai particolari. È un punto strategico per visite culturali e vicino al mare. La vista dalla finestra è un piccolo scorcio di Maremma che scalda il cuore...

Camere spaziose, moderne, curate nei dettagli e corredate del necessario.
Le padrone di casa, due persone piacevoli, tenaci e determinate, appassionate non solo di cucina e pasticceria, offrono una buona colazione genuina e varia.

Ospitalità famigliare, ottime colazioni arricchite con prodotti e dolci fatti in casa con attenzione anche alle esigenze personali.
La posizione è strategica per chi come noi fa cicloturismo, la struttura dispone anche di lavanderia e officina.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ci torneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente.
We have just spent a week in this new, very welcoming and comfortable hotel.
Family hospitality, excellent breakfasts enriched with home-made products and desserts with attention also to personal needs.
The location is strategic for those who like us do cycle tourism, the structure also has a laundry and workshop.
Great value for money, we will be back and highly recommend.

Le sorelle Elena ed Eugenia ti accolgono e ti ospitano in un casale completamente ristrutturato, arredato e rifinito con tanta cura e buon gusto, ubicato nella campagna grossetana e, nel contempo, a soli 5 minuti di auto dal mare ed a 15 minuti da Castiglione della Pescaia! Quindi posizione ideale sia per chi vuole fare vacanza di mare che per chi vuole visitare le tante bellezze di questo territorio.
Al pomeriggio, entrando nella sala conviviale, non è raro sentire il profumo di torte e/o biscotti che ti ritrovi poi l’indomani mattina serviti nel buffet della colazione. Super!
Elena, Eugenia, torneremo sicuramente!

The sisters Elena and Eugenia welcome you and host you in a completely renovated farmhouse, furnished and finished with great care and good taste, located in the Grosseto countryside and, at the same time, just 5 minutes by car from the sea and 15 minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia! So ideal location for those who want to take a beach holiday or for those who want to visit the many beauties of this area.
In the afternoon, entering the convivial room, it is not uncommon to smell the scent of cakes and / or biscuits that you find yourself the next morning served in the breakfast buffet. Super!

Пусть целыми днями вы где-то гуляете и возвращаетесь в комнату только после ужина, все же гораздо приятнее возвращаться в чистое, уютное место. Это то, самое чистое и уютное место! Рекомендуем! Чистое постельное белье, белоснежные полотенца, красивые комнаты, отличный завтрак, приветливое обслуживание. Мы провели в этом доме 4 ночи, не было ни момента, чтобы мы пожалели в выборе места. Очень-очень рекомендуем. Кстати, в предыдущих комментариях читали «жалобы», что без освещения пропускали поворот к дому. Мы с этим не столкнулись :) что с gps, что без и днём и ночью мы поворот не пропустили.
My husband and I travel quite often and we know that a place to sleep is an important moment of rest. Even if you walk somewhere all day and return to your room only after dinner, it is still much more pleasant to return to a clean, comfortable place. This is the cleanest and most comfortable place! Recommended! Clean linens, white towels, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly service. We spent 4 nights in this house, there was not a moment that we regretted choosing a place. We highly recommend it. By the way, in the previous comments we read “complaints” that they missed the turn to the house without lighting. We didn’t run into it :) either with gps or without, day and night, we did not miss the turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto magico, ospitalità alle stelle!. Sono stato trattato come un amico di vecchia data sia da Elena che da Eugenia sua sorella nonché dalla madre molto gentile e premurosa. Il podere è stato recentissimamente ristrutturato con molto gusto, le camere sono molto spaziose pulitissime e molto silenziose la notte. La struttura resta comodissima sia per le spiagge (a pochi minuti Marina di Grosseto, Principina a mare, Castiglion della Pescaia e lo stupendo Parco dell'uccellina) che per Grosseto dove la sera si può scegliere tra diversi locali e il cui centro è stato molto valorizzato. La mattina era un piacere fare colazione facendo 4 chiacchere con Elena e mangiando le prelibatezze dolci di Eugenia. Grazie mille mi sono sentito veramente a casa nei miei posti del cuore. (nella foto una stupenda alba da una finestra della mia camera del b&b)
A magical place, hospitality to the stars !. I was treated as a longtime friend by both Elena and her sister Eugenia as well as by the very kind and caring mother. The farm has been recently renovated with great taste, the rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and very quiet at night. The structure remains very comfortable both for the beaches (just a few minutes Marina di Grosseto, Principina a mare, Castiglion della Pescaia and the wonderful Parco dell'uccellina) and for Grosseto where in the evening you can choose between different clubs and the center of which was very enhanced. In the morning it was a pleasure to have breakfast having a chat with Elena and eating Eugenia's sweet delicacies. Thank you so much I really felt at home in my favorite places. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di tutto, grazie a Elena ed Eugenia per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità (che non sono assolutamente secondarie rispetto alla struttura); oltre alla gentilezza e alla cortesia, sono state anche molto disponibili verso le nostre necessità e richieste.
La camera è davvero molto ampia e spaziosa, così come il bagno, con un arredamento raffinato e una pulizia eccellente. La colazione davvero molto buona, con pane, torte, biscotti ecc. preparati artigianalmente dalle proprietarie.
La zona è comoda per spostarsi sia verso il mare (personalmente siamo stati in spiagge più "naturali", cioè quelle di Scarlino, tra cui la famosa Cala Violina, e le spiagge del Parco della Maremma; molte comunque anche le spiagge più "comode", con stabilimenti), sia verso il centro storico di Grosseto o altre cittadine e punti turistici che valgono la pena di essere visitati (es. Vetulonia, Massa Marittima, Castiglione della Pescaia). Molte le possibilità di trekking in zona.

First of all, thanks to Elena and Eugenia for the welcome and hospitality (which are by no means secondary to the structure); in addition to kindness and courtesy, they were also very helpful towards our needs and requests.
The room is very large and spacious, as is the bathroom, with refined furnishings and excellent cleanliness. Really very good breakfast, with bread, cakes, biscuits etc. handcrafted by the owners.
The area is convenient for moving both towards the sea (we have personally been to more "natural" beaches, that is those of Scarlino, including the famous Cala Violina, and the beaches of the Maremma Park; however, many are also the more "comfortable" beaches. , with establishments), both towards the historic center of Grosseto or other towns and tourist points that are worth visiting (eg Vetulonia, Massa Marittima, Castiglione della Pescaia). There are many trekking possibilities in the area.

Che dire: tutto bellissimo, gli ambienti ristrutturati con un gusto eccezionale, l'ospitalità impeccabile e la gentilezza di Elena, la pace e il panorama bellissimo tutto intorno. Il posto è strategicamente vicino al centro storico di Grosseto, e a diverse belle spiagge della Maremma.
Infine, menzione d'onore per la pulizia degli spazi, e per l'attenzione all'ospite: sono intollerante al lattosio e mi è stata preparata una torta fatta in casa ad hoc per la colazione (ho apprezzato tantissimo questo gesto).
Note organizzative: c'è possibilità di parcheggio gratuito, WiFi e aria condizionata funzionano senza problemi.

We stayed in this beautiful place for 3 nights. What to say: all beautiful, the rooms renovated with an exceptional taste, the impeccable hospitality and kindness of Elena, the peace and the beautiful landscape all around. The place is strategically close to the historic center of Grosseto, and to several beautiful beaches of the Maremma.
Finally, honorable mention for the cleanliness of the spaces, and for the attention to the guest: I am lactose intolerant and I was prepared a homemade cake ad hoc for breakfast (I really appreciated this gesture).
Organizational notes: there is free parking, WiFi and air conditioning work without problems.
Highly recommended!
