Cuisine plutôt familiale avec beaucoup de goût et les produits sont de qualité ! Le patron et la serveuse sont très sympathiques, serviables et accueillants . Un très bon moment ! Restaurant a little hidden, but really worth a visit. That evening the menu was prepared only with fish. Family-style cuisine with great taste and quality products! Mi sento di dare 5 stelle alla struttura per i seguenti motivi: - La cucina: assolutamente curata, gli ingredienti di qualità erano preparati con assoluta maestria ed i bilanciamenti erano più che studiati. Il tempo di preparazione è stato giusto, non ci hanno fatto aspettare più del dovuto. Buonissima. - L'ospitalità: siamo stati "accolti" e "coccolati", cosa rara oggigiorno. Il maestro di sala, in tenuta bianca impeccabile, ci ha persino versato l'acqua, ci ha descritto i piatti e ci ha saputo consigliare su quello che di meglio offriva la casa. Non è stato invadente pur essendo presente quando ne avevamo bisogno. - La cura: il locale era curato alla perfezione, pulito, temperatura giusta e mobilio nuovo e pulito. Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalle ceramiche dei piatti. Insomma, mi dispiace solo che sia abbastanza fuori mano rispetto al luogo dove vivo, altrimenti ci tornerei più che volentieri! I had lunch at the restaurant by accident, I was around and it intrigued me, so I decided to stop for something on the fly. I would like to give the structure 5 stars for the following reasons: - The kitchen: absolutely cured, the quality ingredients were prepared with absolute mastery and the balances were more than studied. The preparation time was right, they didn't make us wait longer than we should. Very good. - Hospitality: we were "welcomed" and "pampered", which is rare these days. The master of the hall, in an impeccable white outfit, even poured water on us, described the dishes to us and advised us on the best that the house offered. It was not intrusive despite being present when we needed it. - The cure: the place was taken care of to perfection, clean, right temperature and new and clean furniture. I was pleasantly surprised by the ceramics of the dishes. In short, I am only sorry that it is quite out of reach compared to the place where I live, otherwise I would go back there more than willingly!

Nonostante ciò, abbiamo dovuto ordinare senza vedere un menù e quindi i prezzi dei piatti scelti. Il cibo era molto buono ma non valeva il prezzo che ci è stato presentato a fine pasto. The place is nice and interesting. You can see the professionalism of the waiter in managing the room even if with few customers. Despite this, we had to order without seeing a menu and therefore the prices of the dishes chosen. The food was very good but not worth the price that was presented to us at the end of the meal.

Apprezzata innanzitutto la scrupolosa attenzione per il distanziamento tra i tavoli ed il posizionamento delle sedute per ogni tavolo, a causa covid. Grande professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia del gestore. Abbiamo ordinato per antipasto "polpette con uova e cacio" servite in una squisita salsa di pomodoro aromatizzata al basilico fresco. Veramente deliziose. A seguire gnocchi di patate al tartufo...i più buoni che abbia mangiato fino ad ora. L'agnello alla brace cotto a regola d'arte era davvero gustoso, con contorno di patate locali arrostite al profumo di rosmarino. La cottura era ottimale, col giusto condimento d' olio, senza che ne risultassero intrise. Degna di nota, l' insalata mista, servita condita col giusto equilibrio di sale olio ed aceto, tagliata e mescolata come andrebbe sempre servita. In genere nei ristoranti l'insalata è un piatto a cui viene data poca importanza, ma qui cui mangerete un'insalata di prima categoria. Infine i dolci fatti in casa tra cui consiglio di provare la panna cotta eccezionale ed i cannoli con ripieno a scelta di cioccolato o crema pasticcera alla vaniglia. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante. We had dinner at Miramonti on 10 October 2020. First of all, we appreciated the scrupulous attention to the spacing between the tables and the positioning of the seats for each table, due to covid. Great professionalism, availability and courtesy of the manager. We ordered "meatballs with eggs and cheese" for starter served in a delicious tomato sauce flavored with fresh basil. Really delicious. Followed by potato gnocchi with truffles ... the best I've eaten so far. The grilled lamb cooked to perfection was really tasty, with a side of local potatoes roasted with the scent of rosemary. The cooking was optimal, with the right oil seasoning, without being soaked. Worthy of note is the mixed salad, served seasoned with the right balance of salt, oil and vinegar, cut and mixed as it should always be served. In restaurants, salad is usually a dish that is given little importance, but here you will have a first-rate salad. Finally the homemade desserts including I recommend trying the exceptional panna cotta and cannoli with a choice of chocolate or vanilla custard filling. I highly recommend this restaurant.
