Per quattro anni era la mia vacanza preferita conosco le persone di quei posti e la loro gentilezza Leggendo le recenzioni mi viene un po di nostalgia Complimenti a tutto lo staff e ai clienti che scelgono questa lstru struttura I rate 5 stars because I have NEVER been there BUT .. as a child I was in the summer camp that is in those parts. For four years it was my favorite vacation I know the people of those places and their kindness Reading the reviews I get a bit of nostalgia Congratulations to all the staff and customers who choose this structure

Ecco cosa ci siamo goduti! Una Spa pulitissima e completa riservata per la coppia due ore e mezza. Colazione composta anche da prodotti a km 0! Che dire se non grazie e un arrivederci a presto! You travel around the world a lot and then in your own region you will find what you have been looking for for a long time. Careful details, refinement, cleanliness, comfort. Here's what we enjoyed! A very clean and complete Spa reserved for the couple two and a half hours. Breakfast also made up of 0 km products! What can I say except thank you and see you soon!

Una splendida finestra sulle Dolomiti, che ti permette di riconnetterti con la natura e rigenerarti. La nostra stanza affacciava in uno splendido terrazzo con vista in cui al pomeriggio potevamo stare accoccolati sulle sdraio, avvolti nel piumone con buonissime tisane a nostra disposizione. Camere Splendide, curate in ogni dettaglio, pulite, confortevoli, con un tocco in più, quello delle coccole; ogni cosa all'interno dello chalet è pensata per coccolarvi, troverete di continuo piccole attenzioni che vi faranno percepire questa sensazione....ne sono un esempio Due ore e mezza di spa dedicate solo ed esclusivamente a noi due, appositamente organizzate per la proposta di matrimonio, con cena e candele a cui non si poteva resistere!! Non so quanti posti siano disposti ad accontentare così i propri clienti.. A colazione ci veniva spiegato tutto il buffet...ricco di prodotti di prima qualità, squisiti. Eccezionale! uno staff Gentile, disponibile, professionale e attento ad ogni dettaglio. Che dire, più coccolati di così è impossibile. Già ci manca questa esperienza e non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci! A Paradise to say Yes !!! Unique and magnificent experience! Made together with my partner who decided to become my wife in this place! A splendid window on the Dolomites, which allows you to reconnect with nature and regenerate yourself. Our room overlooked a splendid terrace with a view where in the afternoon we could snuggle up on the deck chairs, wrapped in the duvet with delicious herbal teas at our disposal. Splendid rooms, with attention to every detail, clean, comfortable, with an extra touch, that of pampering; everything inside the chalet is designed to pamper you, you will continually find small attentions that will make you feel this feeling .... they are an example Two and a half hours of spa dedicated only and exclusively to the two of us, specially organized for the proposal wedding, with dinner and candles that could not be resisted! I don't know how many places are willing to please their customers like this .. At breakfast the whole buffet was explained to us ... full of top quality, exquisite products. Exceptional! a friendly, helpful, professional and attentive to every detail staff. What can I say, more pampered than this is impossible. We already miss this experience and can't wait to go back!

Sono sincera mi ero un po' infastidita inizialmente perche non ho potuto prenotare un weekend e scegliere 2 giorni durante la settimana e poi perché non potevo prenotare la Spa per più di una volta. Invece devo dire che Fabiana e' stata SPLENDIDA!!! Ci è venuta incontro ed abbiamo potuto godere della SPETTACOLARE accoglienza delle Coccole curata VERAMENTE nei minimi particolari..acqua e cioccolatini sul comodino, camere con vista spettacolare., La più BELLA SPA privata mai provata (e pensavamo che gli austriaci fossero i più bravi...). Un PARADISO. Da provare!!! Da tornare!! We were given a 2 night stay for our 25 years of marriage. To be honest I was a little annoyed initially because I couldn't book a weekend and choose 2 days during the week and then because I couldn't book the Spa more than once. Instead I must say that Fabiana was GORGEOUS !!! She met us and we were able to enjoy the SPECTACULAR welcome of the Cuddles REALLY treated in detail .. water and chocolates on the bedside table, rooms with spectacular views., The most BEAUTIFUL private SPA ever tried (and we thought that the Austrians were the best. ..). A paradise. To try!!! To come back !!

La spa è una chicca assolutamente da provare, sicuramente il “plus” della struttura. Abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza di coppia indimenticabile; dopo aver comunicato anche delle intolleranze alimentari, il personale ci ha fatto trovare delle pietanze ad hoc ed ha provveduto ad avvertire una struttura esterna, riservandoci il tavolo per la cena. Il pacchetto “fuga romantica” che abbiamo provato, si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa anche dal punto di vista culinario (la cena al ristorante Edelweiss Stube è stata semplicemente spettacolare, sia in termini di qualità che di quantità). Torneremo sicuramente a farci “coccolare” in questo posto magico. Grazie e a presto! Location with spectacular views, with attention to the smallest detail. Very courteous and attentive staff to satisfy every customer need. The spa is a gem to try, certainly the "plus" of the structure. We had an unforgettable couple experience; after also communicating food intolerances, the staff made us find ad hoc dishes and notified an external structure, reserving the table for dinner. The “romantic getaway” package we tried turned out to be a pleasant surprise also from a culinary point of view (the dinner at the Edelweiss Stube restaurant was simply spectacular, both in terms of quality and quantity). We will definitely come back to be "pampered" in this magical place. Thank you, see you soon!

Stanza con una meravigliosa vista sul giardino. Come accoglienza nella stanza si trovano cioccolatini e biscottini veramente molto buoni! Stanza molto pulita e con tutti i confort. Spa molto spaziosa e ben tenuta, si possono trovare sauna,bagno turco, le doccie, idromassaggio e materassini ad acqua, il tutto accompagnato con una meravigliosa vista sulle montagne. Colazione a buffet molto buona con prodotti tipici della zona e torte fatte in casa. Sicuramente torneremo per passare un altro week end in relax. Very nice and welcoming location in the heart of Sappada. Very kind and professional staff, always ready to meet customer needs. Room with a wonderful view of the garden. As a welcome in the room there are really very good chocolates and biscuits! Very clean room with all comforts. Very spacious and well maintained spa, you can find sauna, turkish bath, showers, whirlpool and water mattresses, all accompanied with a wonderful view of the mountains. Very good breakfast buffet with typical products of the area and homemade cakes. We will definitely be back to spend another relaxing weekend.
