Struttura accogliente ed autentica, alle pendici del borgo medievale, con un magnifico giardino che affaccia direttamente sul fiume. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibilissima: dal suggerimento dei ristoranti e delle attività da fare nei dintorni alla preparazione della ricca colazione. Tutti i prodotti sono biologici ed artigianali, sia quelli per la colazione (buonissimi soprattutto lo yogurt con il miele e le marmellate) sia il sapone che si trova nelle camere.

Wonderful Stay in Brienza in B&B La Voce del Fiume. Brienza is a lovely place but it is 100 times better if you stay with Rocchina in her B&B. Peace and Relax! You can see the mountain, breath its air, hear the river, just perfect! Strongly recommended, you can´t miss it !

Beautiful place, good breakfast and perfect stay in a magic atmosphere. I hope to go back very soon, the owner is very cozy and gentle.

The owner really wants to make your stay unforgettable with lot of suggestions for trips.Sometimes a little bit too intrusive. The rooms in the B&B are 'cosy and rocky', and naturally fresh (even if there's also airconditioning, might someone want that). breakfast was our main meal of the day during our stay. Just too good to skip it;-) Very sorry that she promised to send me an item that I left in the room on departure, but never received it. When everything's fine and regular it's easy to get high ratings, but the proof is to me when something goes wrong: is the service than still so good? I'm afraid not. Too pity, I lowered my 5 star rating to a 3

This was a fantastically unique B & B with amazing Italian features and the setting was stunning overlooking the river and town. The room had a nice double bed with a large shower embedded into stone. Set right in the heart of the town. Our room had a glass panel looking into cellar a great feature.The hosts were very hospitable. Would certainly recommend.

La Voce del Fiume bed & breakfast is located in the historic center of Brienza, a small town about 30 km from Potenza, in Basilicata. The bed & breakfast is located in an ancient building perfectly restored while maintaining parts of the old building without distorting the structure and charm of the old house. The bed & breakfast has seven very beautiful rooms, entering them is like stepping into the past while having all the comforts of a modern bed & breakfast. In the room where I stayed there was a wonderful ancient rock wall of the old dwelling and on the floor a circular crystal plate allowed you to see a cave below which was also renovated and used as a tasting room for typical products. The room also had a private terrace overlooking the river and the valley below, the terrace was perfectly furnished with a sofa and coffee table. All rooms have private access. But beyond everything what makes this bed & breakfast special is its owner, Mrs. Rocchina, who is practically the human version of the Google assistant, in addition to preparing magnificent desserts and serving a sumptuous breakfast in the morning, she provides for everything. , recommends tourist itineraries, recommends and books restaurants, books and buys tickets for guided tours of the surrounding tourist sites, Mrs. Rocchina is online almost 24 hours a day and constantly worries that her guests are satisfied. Never seen anything like this, this always discreet and never intrusive assistance makes your stay in this structure special and makes you forget any defects if there ever were. Il bed & breakfast La Voce del Fiume è situato nel centro storico di Brienza, un piccolo paese a circa 30 km da Potenza, in Basilicata. Il bed & breakfast è situato in un antico edificio perfettamente ristrutturato mantenendo allo stesso tempo parti del vecchio edificio senza stravolgere la struttura e il fascino della vecchia dimora. Il bed & breakfast dispone di sette camere tutte molto belle, entrando in esse è come fare un salto nel passato pur avendo tutti i comfort di un moderno bed & breakfast. Nella stanza in cui ho soggiornato c'era una meravigliosa parete antica di roccia della vecchia dimora inoltre sul pavimento una lastra circolare di cristallo permetteva di vedere una grotta sottostante anche essa ristrutturata e adibita talvolta a sala degustazione di prodotti tipici. La stanza inoltre era dotata di terrazza privata con vista sul fiume e sulla vallata sottostante, la terrazza era perfettamente arredata con divano e tavolino. Tutte le stanza hanno un accesso privato. Ma al di là di ogni cosa quello che rende speciale questo bed & breakfast è la sua proprietaria, la signora Rocchina, che praticamente è la versione umana della assistente di Google, oltre a preparare magnifici dolci e a servire una sontuosa colazione la mattina, provvede a tutto, consiglia itinerari turistici, consiglia e prenota ristoranti, prenota ed acquista i biglietti per le visite guidate nei siti turistici circostanti, la signora Rocchina è on line quasi 24 ore su 24 e si preoccupa costantemente che i suoi ospiti siano soddisfatti. Mai visto niente di simile, questa assistenza sempre discreta e mai invadente rende speciale il soggiorno in questa struttura e fa dimenticare eventuali difetti se mai ci fossero. Questo è tutto e se passate da Brienza non mancate di soggiornare in questo bed & breakfast.

We had such a lovely stay at this B&B! One night was not enough. The host, Rocchina, was super helpful and recommended so many nice places around the area. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and her attention in every detail made for such a magical experience that brought you back centuries. Will definitely return for another stay ☺️
