La terrazza con vista mare è fantastica. Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno. Grazie per tutto!!! Mrs. Michela's welcome was thoughtful and unobtrusive; the environment is welcoming, very nice and clean. The terrace with sea view is fantastic. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for all!!!

Accogliente e simpatica la proprietaria, bella esperienza, complimenti! Excellent position on the seafront, nice and clean rooms which, although simple, are comfortable, well-kept and with a nice bathroom. Welcoming and friendly the owner, nice experience, congratulations!

Very nice interior, exterior to renovate, terrace overlooking the spectacular sea. Alba not to be missed! We found what we were looking for!

La proprietà gentile e cura con rispetto i propri clienti. Le camere spaziose, pulite, un bagno super... La colazione abbondante, curata dalla gentilezza di Michela..cosa dire ..ci torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che amano il mare, il relax, la semplicità, il benessere. Unico neo: troppo carino..te ne innamori ..e non puoi più dimenticarlo. Fantastico b&b ..casa sulla spiaggia!!! We stayed two nights at this property. It is truly a beach house. Lovely place, relaxing, extraordinary. The kind property and care with its customers with respect. The spacious, clean rooms, a super bathroom ... The abundant breakfast, taken care of by the kindness of Michela..what to say .. we will return and I highly recommend it to all those who love the sea, relaxation, simplicity, well-being. The only drawback: too cute .. you fall in love with it .. and you can't forget it anymore. Fantastic b & b .. house on the beach !!!

Camera nella norma e con aria condizionata Great location even if slightly outside San Benedetto del Tronto (near the nature reserve). The hostess very kind and delicious breakfasts. Room in the standard and with air conditioning
G	Gg Aaa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto fantastico! Camere spaziose, bagno indipendente molto curato, appena ristrutturato. Tutto pulitissimo e nel pieno rispetto delle nuove norme anti Covid-19. La signora Michela che si occupa di gestire tutto (pulizia, colazione, accoglienza ospiti, prenotazioni, ecc...) è carinissima, sempre molto disponibile. Poi, cosa non da poco, ogni mattina ci faceva trovare una torta o un dolce fatto in casa, tutto buonissimo! Vista dalla terrazza molto bella, direttamente sulla spiaggia All great! Spacious rooms, well-kept independent bathroom, just renovated. All very clean and in full compliance with the new anti Covid-19 regulations. Mrs Michela who takes care of everything (cleaning, breakfast, welcoming guests, reservations, etc ...) is very nice, always very helpful. Then, what's more, every morning he made us find a cake or a homemade dessert, all very good! Very nice view from the terrace, directly on the beach

Michela è una persona davvero speciale, cordiale e disponibile. Le sue torte e i suoi pancakes a colazione sono da provare tutti. Anche Bettino, il bassotto arlecchino, ha saputo fare i giusti onori di casa ? Pretty and tastefully decorated house, just a stone's throw from the sea! The terrace overlooking the beach is suggestive. Clean and spacious room, even for 3 people. Michela is a very special person, friendly and helpful. Her cakes and pancakes for breakfast are all to try. Even Bettino, the harlequin dachshund, was able to do the right honors ?
