Il paesino è un incanto! Well-kept rooms and furnishings! Very spacious bathroom. Very good owner. Sea view of Grottammare ... beautiful !!! especially in the morning. The village is a charm!
D	Davide Sangalli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il B&B è situato nella parte alta di Grottammare, assolutamente caratteristica e da visitare. Il posto è ben tenuto e curato, oltre che molto pulito. Il mare è un po' scomodo da raggiungere a piedi per chi non ha voglia di camminare o quando fa eccessivamente caldo. In generale, comunque, bel posto. Peccato solo per la mancanza di aria condizionata, nonostante la presenza del ventilatore in camera decisamente rumoroso per chi ha il sonno leggero. The B&B is located in the upper part of Grottammare, absolutely characteristic and worth visiting. The place is well maintained and cared for, as well as very clean. The sea is a bit uncomfortable to reach on foot for those who do not want to walk or when it is excessively hot. In general, however, a nice place. Too bad for the lack of air conditioning, despite the presence of the fan in the room which is definitely noisy for light sleepers.
C	Claudio Tatananni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le tre finestre sul mare è sito a Grottammare (AP) nella parte alta, in quello che è censito tra i borghi più belli d'Italia. Il B&B è stato ricavato in un'antica dimora del 1400, agglomerata nell'abitato Medievale, collocata appena oltrepassata la Porta Marina. Lo stile è tardo Medievale, quindi 1400 o giù di lì, e le camere lo rispecchiano a pieno nell'arredamento, tutto molto pulito e curato da Caterina, la gentilissima proprietaria. Ogni stanza ha un bagno comodo privato, TV a schermo piatto ed un'ottima visuale sulla costa adriatica. La colazione è abbondante e ricca di specialità fatte in casa. Il parcheggio è gratuito, lungo le mura, a poche decine di metri dalla struttura. Anche il mare non è lontanissimo e, i più volenterosi, possono raggiungerlo anche a piedi (noi abbiamo preferito spostarci con l'auto per evitare la salita al ritorno, soprattutto avendo una bimba piccola). Peccato esserci trattenuti poco, ci torneremo sicuramente The three windows overlooking the sea is located in Grottammare (AP) in the upper part, in what is listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy. The B&B has been created in an ancient residence of the 1400s, agglomerated in the medieval town, located just beyond the Porta Marina. The style is late medieval, therefore 1400 or so, and the rooms fully reflect it in the furnishings, all very clean and cared for by Caterina, the very kind owner. Each room has a comfortable private bathroom, flat screen TV and an excellent view of the Adriatic coast. The breakfast is abundant and full of homemade specialties. Parking is free, along the walls, a few tens of meters from the property. Even the sea is not far away and, the most willing, can also reach it on foot (we preferred to move by car to avoid the climb back, especially having a small child). Too bad we stayed a little, we will definitely be back

Una citazione particolare per la proprietaria cordiale disponibile gentile. Ottima la colazione per tutti i gusti sia dolce che salato. La location è mozzafiato con splendido panorama sul mare ed all' interno del Borgo Antico. Il Borgo assolutamente da visitare sia di giorno che ancora di più di sera. The B&B is very nice and welcoming. Tastefully furnished and spacious with very comfortable and functional bathroom. A special quote for the kind friendly helpful owner. Excellent breakfast for all tastes, both sweet and savory. The location is breathtaking with a splendid view of the sea and within the Borgo Antico. Il Borgo is a must-see both day and night.

Una perla incastonata in un bellissimo borgo medioevale. Un sipario aperto sul mare! Gestito con amorevole cura dalla Signora Caterina, padrona di casa impareggiabile, che ci ha deliziato il palato con le sue torte raffinate e rallegrato con la sua grande disponibilità. La nostra stanza, "i pesci", si apriva ad una vista bellissima. La signora Caterina cura con passione e delicatezza l'accoglienza nelle sue varie forme. Al mattino ci ha dato il buongiorno con torte, biscotti e yogurt fatti in casa, davvero buonissimi. Disponibile anche una parte di colazione salata insieme a tanto altro. La camera è arredata con grande armonia e gusto di colori mobili e oggetti. Ho trovato il letto comodissimo e il bagno ampio, funzionale e bello come la stanza. Svegliarsi circondati di storia e con il mare negli occhi è stata un'esperienza ritemprante. Mi piacerebbe moltissimo ritornare. Grazie Caterina. The B & B "Three windows on the sea" is located in the ancient village of Grottammare in a historic building that overlooks the sea from above. Our room, "the fish", opened to a beautiful view. Mrs. Caterina takes care of hospitality in its various forms with passion and delicacy. In the morning he gave us a good morning with homemade cakes, biscuits and yogurt, really delicious. A part of savory breakfast is also available along with much more. The room is furnished with great harmony and taste of furniture colors and objects. I found the bed very comfortable and the bathroom large, functional and beautiful like the room. Waking up surrounded by history and with the sea in your eyes was a refreshing experience. Gentilissima la proprietaria nell'accordarci il check-in improvviso e fuori orario tradizionale. Abbiamo trovato una stanza con vista stupenda sul mare, pulizia ineccepibile, colazione con dolci e salati fatto dalla proprietaria. Non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di prolungare per un ulteriore notte il soggiorno presso questo B&B. Altra nota positiva: trovandosi nel paese in alto la notte la tensostruttura più fresca permette di dormire davvero bene. B&B found by chance during a "gypsy". We had Puglia as our destination but, overwhelmed by fatigue, we left the motorway towards Grottammare. The owner is very kind in granting us the sudden check-in and outside the traditional hours. We found a room with a wonderful view of the sea, impeccable cleanliness, breakfast with sweet and savory made by the owner. We couldn't help but extend our stay at this B&B for another night. Another positive note: being in the upper town at night, the cooler tensile structure allows you to sleep really well.
