Elegant B & B with a beautiful garden. Very close to Villa Gregoriana, Villa D'Este and Villa Adriana. Rome is easily reachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il B&B è pulito, molto accogliente, curato in ogni dettaglio e si trova vicino al centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi, in una zona no ztl.
Il parcheggio è comodo, gratuito e fronte casa.
La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente!!
The B&B is clean, very welcoming, with attention to every detail and is located near the historic center, within walking distance, in a no-traffic zone.
Parking is convenient, free and in front of the house.
The owner was kind and available to our every request. I highly recommend it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camera e bagno spaziosi e arredati con gusto, letto comodo, colazione abbondante, ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posto tranquillo non lontano dal centro (quindi da Villa d'Este e dalla Rocca Pia). Proprietaria molto cortese ed estremamente disponibile. Consigliatissimo.
Spacious and tastefully furnished room and bathroom, comfortable bed, abundant breakfast, excellent quality / price ratio. Quiet place not far from the center (therefore from Villa d'Este and Rocca Pia). Very courteous and extremely helpful owner. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho speso 50 euro in camera la brocca Dell acqua e mi e stato detto se hai sete c e l acqua in bagno.poi nn e altro che una camera in affitto dentro un palazzo con 20 famiglie. Rumore assordanti. Mi trovavo a tivoli era tarda será e mi sonó adattato.50euro per nn avere niente.si la colazione capirai per due biscotti. Nn andateci e solo fregatura.. E ripeto e continuo di botti nn sí puo soggiornare riposare
I spent 50 euro in the room the pitcher of water and I was told if you are thirsty c and water in the bathroom. Then nothing else but a room for rent inside a building with 20 families. Deafening noise. I was in tivoli it was late evening and I adapted 50euro for nn to have nothing. If breakfast you will understand for two biscuits. Don't go there and just rip off .. And I repeat and keep on barrels so you can't stay rest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato più volte al bb per visitare Tivoli e fare escursioni naturalistiche nei dintorni. Ho apprezzato la struttura per il silenzio e l ambiente accogliente e perché facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici.
I have stayed several times at the bb to visit Tivoli and make naturalistic excursions in the surroundings. I appreciated the structure for the silence and the welcoming environment and because it is also easily accessible by public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Giardino di Alisa is a lovely place, spacious, comfortable and quiet, in a modern apartment block. The room is in Alisa's own space, but nicely separated - so you have your privacy as well as the companionship of a chat with Alisa if you choose. The hostess is charming - discreet, cultured (beautiful artwork and ceramics, from Hopper in Boston to contemporary plates from Sicily, Italy and the rest of Europe) and friendly. We had good conversations in Italian and English ?. Breakfast is good, the room clean and bright, the WiFi excellent - ¿so what's not to like? Alisa loved my dog too. The only small problem was finding the b&b (my GPS gave up...) and parking, but it all worked out fine in the end.
