Ottima esperienza avuta più di un anno fa! Carne alla brace di ottima qualità accompagnata da verdure dell'orto. Dosi abbondanti! Straconsigliato.

Ottima carne alla brace cucinata sul grande camino della prima sala. Da assaggiare anche gli antipasti. Due sale non grandissime, meglio prenotare.

Ottima accoglienza per la gentilezza del titolare. Camere curate nei particolari e cena a base di carne ottima ed abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Un locale molto carino ed accogliente, gestito da persone meravigliose, offrono nella buona semplicità e professionalità un buon servizio di ristoro e culinaria. Ottima specialità la carne alla brace. Veramente speciale.

Frequento spesso corte san Giovanni e direi che non si sbaglia mai.. si mangia sempre della buona carne a un prezzo ottimo.. Per chi si trova a Mantova non deve mancare una tappa a questo agriturismo...il posto è piccolo circa 30 coperti quindi prenotate altrimenti nn trovate posto per sedervi..

Io amo questo posto! È uno di quei pochi posti dove mangi veramente bene la carne e paghi veramente poco. Qualità prezzo superlativa! L unica pecca è che non fanno le patatine fritte!! Per il resto è veramente un posto che consiglio. Il titolare e il suo staff sono molto cordiali, alla mano ed efficienti. Prenotate una settimana prima perché i posti purtroppo son contati!

Abbiamo cenato diverse volte ed è sempre un piacere ritornare, personale cordiale e ben preparato. Locale con poco più di 30 coperti molto curato ed arredato con richiami al passato ne fanno un posto molto accogliente. Un grande camino fa da protagonista la dove tagli di carne succulenti cuociono per soddisfare gli amanti del buon cibo,prezzi più che giusti tenendo conto della qualità dei prodotti a km 0, consigliato!!!!

What a fantastic dinner we had in this place! The owner and staff are very friendly, the food they serve is fresh and local, and the wine is good quality. The price for all we had was unbelievably low. I went with my sister's family and my parents. 6 of us, plus 2 very young babies. The restaurant provides high chairs for babies. We had a great starter with local pancetta, salami, cheese, bread, polenta and some more. In between starters and main we had a whole roast chicken on the table plus some local salamelle (sausages). To follow all of this came the proper mains: three generously sized Fiorentina steaks (T-bone steaks as big and thick as the rib they come attached to: 2 inches thick and at least 12 inches long for more than one pound and a half in weight). All Fiorerentinas were cooked to perfection on the ambers in the big fireplace in the main room of the restaurant. To close the round of mains a Tagliata (another beef steak, cooked and served sliced) arrived on the table. Last came the local Sbrisolona cake, a local almond shortbread from Mantova made of yellow flour with lard, and a coffee. After that, home made limoncello, grappa and liquerizia (black sambuca) were placed on the table for us to enjoy. Between the six of us we already went through 3 bottles of Lambrusco (sparkling red wine, that in Mantova is a proper wine and not the cheap imitation you find elsewhere) and two bottles of a still red, plus some Prosecco during the starters. My sister offered dinner, so I am not entirely sure of the total amount spent, but the owner told me that the guide price for a meal like ours (they only have one type of set meal) is about 27 euros, which is incredibly cheap considering the amount of food we had and its quality. If you love meat and you are in the area this place is a must go. Make sure you book in advance as they don't have many tables and it's becoming increasingly popular with the locals.
