Situato in zona musei vaticani che permette di raggiungere semplicemente tutti i maggiori luoghi d'interesse. Camere pulite e la proprietaria gentile è disponibile. B&B easily reachable from Termini with a few metro stops. Located in the Vatican museums area that allows you to easily reach all the major places of interest. Clean rooms and the kind landlady is helpful.

La camera da letto confortevole, spaziosa e molto pulita. Colazioni ottime e ricche di scelta. Un fantastico posto per rilassarsi e godersi al meglio quella che è la fantastica Roma. Stayed 3 nights, the staff is attentive customer needs, Marco is a person fantastic and always available. The bedroom was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfasts full of choice. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the best of what is fantastic Rome.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile sempre pronto a dispensare consigli sul cosa vedere e dove mangiare a Roma.! Facilmente raggiungibile tramite metro con fermata alla stazione Cipro o Ottaviano, e anche con i vari pullman, per essere una zona centralissima, praticamente sotto le mura del Vaticano c’è un bellissimo e rigenerante silenzio. Cercheró di ritornare il prima possibile, me ne sono innamorato.! Very nice B & B, located really 100 steps from the Vatican, very bright, spacious and very warm new rooms, equipped with all services, including kettle and coffee machine in the room! Very courteous and helpful staff always ready to dispense advice on what to see and where to eat in Rome.! Easily accessible by metro with a stop at the Cipro or Ottaviano station, and also by various buses, for being a very central area, practically under the walls of the Vatican there is a beautiful and regenerating silence. I will try to return as soon as possible, I fell in love with it.!

La nuova gestione è da raccomandare, come la posizione, che dire sia strategica è dire poco, le camere, la pulizia,la colazione abbondante e sempre freschissima, e la gentilezza di Marco e di sua madre Anna. Flessibilità degli orari, sia in entrata che in uscita, per non dimenticare l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo che non ho mai trovato altrove. 4 giorni di puro relax a due passi da tutto! Impossibile non tornare! Grazie di tutto, siete stati veramente speciali. For years I have been going to ROME very often but I must admit that I had never found a B&B like this! The new management is to be recommended, as is the location, which to say is strategic is an understatement, the rooms, the cleanliness, the abundant and always fresh breakfast, and the kindness of Marco and his mother Anna. Flexibility of schedules, both incoming and outgoing, not to forget the excellent quality / price ratio that I have never found elsewhere. 4 days of pure relaxation close to everything! Impossible not to return! Thanks for everything, you were truly special.

The room was clean, and the breakfast and coffee kept me full for a morning of sight seeing. The bed and breakfast is located in a quiet courtyard that is a two minute walk to the Vatican Museums. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again on a future visit to Rome.
