★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don’t recommend : old fashioned rooms with moldy shower that need refreshing (not working heater neither toilet push), water added in soap (??), … Speaking about the location : it is lost in the middle of nowhere with no bus after 7p.m. and no restaurants open around In November and Taxi for 30€ for 10minutes road to Amalfi … On top the host is lazy and not welcoming : we told him we had a tight schedule but almost half an hour of delay for the breakfast and he gave us not working phone number to taxis (??) .. It was my birthday but it was a very bad idea to book this hotel as we did not have a nice time there …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and pretentious. I would never recommend this place. Food is not as fresh as they sell. The fish of the day was of 3 days ago and the side salad was “precooked” instead of with fresh vegetables of the season and region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view, but the room was a little dated. The room itself was rather plain, so hard to have a cozy atmosphere.
For us, especially the bathroom was disappointing because half of the functions were broken (1 of 2 toilette flush, shower head bracket, drain).
Also the wifi didn’t work when we arrived and when we were asking the reply was that’s supposed to work… as we had some issues to take care this was a quite bad timing, so we asked again on the next day. The reply was relatively rude, but at least then it was fixed.
During check-in we had to choose our breakfast drinks and time already with the option to change it afterwards. Not sure whether this manner is related to covid or our time of stay, but was a little awkward for us. In the Summer it would be great to sit on the terrace, but in the fall/winter month we had to squeeze on the small desk, with only 1 chair for 2 people…
So overall a relaxing stay with improvement potential.
